extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY – indescribably terrible in
themselves – coupled with the ORWELLIAN/STALINIST secrecy and denial of any
support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence
Agencies, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities,
Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the
world - over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance,
protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or
suppressed.
Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain
assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s - and
even earlier - this extends as far back into the history of illegal "scientific
and medical" testing and experimentation as MKULTRA and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS -
and further.
We are still collecting CASE
SUMMARIES from
TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send
them to you – “THE
SELECTED WITNESSES” - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND
OPPOSE.
We are also still encouraging TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all
over the world to keep sending their CASE
SUMMARIES to others
so that:-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about
these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and
ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International
and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these
laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are
complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National,
International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will
be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should
become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and
whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then
be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us
are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical
systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and
AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed

technologies and tendencies and the people and organizations using them are

It is our responsibility to record and alert the world to these
horrendous crimes - and the extreme danger that these technologies, powers and
tendencies pose to human rights, liberty, democracy, privacy and the mental and
physical freedom, individuality, integrity and health of all people – in all

I SUPPORT THE WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN AGAINST

I am a victim of the CIA (possibly NASA and
the military establishment) MIND CONTROL operation for over 25 years now.
I come from a country which is a victim of wars, sanctions and
occupation for more than 28 years – Iraq.
I have contacted many people
in power since the summer of 2004, Nothing is stopping my torture.
The
first person who was after me to trap me and be engaged with me this way was Ted
Koppel of ABC/US while I was a masters' student at MIT/US, in December 1982,
after writing to him a letter of admiration and praised his program. I was so
stupid to have thought of that.
Recently Pravda published an article on
this issue under the title:

As you may
know that this type of weapon has been developed in the US for a long time now

Some of
the general symptoms of these kinds of abuse are (published also on

*Microwave hearing
* Transmission of specific
commands into the subconscious
* Visual disturbances, visual
hallucinations
* Inject words, numbers into brain via electromagnetic
radiation waves
* Manipulation of emotions.
* Reading thoughts
remotely
* Causing pain to any nerve of the body.
* Remote manipulation of
human behavior from space
* Harassment, stress symptoms such as helicopters
flying overhead
* Seeing, as in a camera, through your eyes, i.e. to see what
you see exactly
* Control of sleep patterns, and deprivation of sleep. Put
in sleep like in a coma.
* Computer-brain interface, control and
communication
* Complex control of the brain such as retrieving memories,
implanting personalities.
All
these modes are transferred as continuous rape, deprivation of sleep, talking in
the ear, planting degrading images in the mind, beaming any place of the body,
stopping breathing for seconds or slowing it, affect the heart beat, prevention
from attending any systematic way of life or interfering in the daily natural
cycles of the body, continuous attack with microwaves heating the whole or part
of the body.
So and as
an example, even when they put me to sleep as in a coma the radio has to be on,
if it is not, then they will keep on talking in my ear or project images on my
eyes and prevent me from sleeping. I have not slept normally for 25 years
now. Most of the time I write my
e-mails to people in power in the mid of night..2 or 3 or 4 am because they in
those times they will not even let sleep in their own way. This has been going
on for at least the last three years.
Some times they just keep my eyes
open and my mind standing still. As a result you see clearly a blue circles
surrounding my eyes. After I am awake, a minute hardly passes without them
talking in my ear or projecting an image on my eyes unless I am watching the TV
or listening to the news.
In the past weeks they did not let me sleep
for five days till I was collapsing.
I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis as a
direct result of this kind of continuous attack and torture. I have taken
medicines and felt after some six months a bit better, but recently they have
increased the attack on those same joints and the closer ones too. My left
shoulder and elbow now is in pain, as I am writing to you, and they are hitting
my neck and the right shoulder too. My left arm now is bent and I cannot open as
the right arm that happened in the last two weeks after I was cured in about
three months. They hide in their attacks and torture behind what seems normal
symptoms of illness. But none in my family had Rheumatoid arthritis.
Please Help stopping this kind of torture for innocent people around the
world. It has been going on for too long.
Would you accept this kind of
life to your brothers or sisters or children, or yourself? if not please help us
out of this miserable life.
The kind of abuses that I am recalling and
will give you a short list:
-
Continuous heating with microwaves on my face of my (Black spots) which I
am not sure what are they called, that can turn them into Melanoma. And recently on all my body so I would
not know if the room is called or hot. But I always suffer from cold like
symptoms.
-
Continuous attack on the muscle of the face to make me look older and
increase the wrinkles of the face in addition to the effect of the deprivation
of sleep to the extent that I fear looking at the mirror some times.
-
Recently they have invented this: burn a spot on my back as in using the
cigarette or someone itching my back all the time. And I do not need to tell you
that they have done similar things on other parts of the body. I am totally exposed to them 24 hours.
They have done that in Abu-Gureab prison in Iraq and all their prisons in Iraq
for that matter but the world has learned only about Abu-Gureab. But the
difference is that there they have an excuse to tell the world. The prisoners
are insurgents. In my case they do not have any excuse and to go on like this
for 25 years is the devil's miracle. I myself cannot believe that there are
people who have the same form that I have as human and can do this.
-
Keep on talking to me with some stupid logic, day and night.
-
Preventing me from reading and I am a PhD student. I hardly can finish
reading 7 pages a day. this letter is a copy a paste from the most recent
version of my letters which i keep on revising and adding information depending
on the type of torture that is used in concentration.
-
Always pressing me to open the computer or watch the TV or listen to the
radio through increasing my anxiety. In most of the times they do it when
projecting a possibility that something bad has happened to my family who is
still living in Baghdad. Six months ago I did not have a computer which is close
to me or of my own, so imagine the degree of trouble they can get me into to
find a computer. I use to walk for at least 30 min to get to a computer. But
when I get there I read fast the news and they direct me to playing games for at
least an hour at a time. This whole operation will consume at least 2-3 hours
each time they do it. If you know that this was happening four or five times a
day you can imagine how much time was consumed doing nothing but reading in the
news and playing under extreme feeling of anxiety. they also were directing
their energy on my joints. In the summer 2006 I got Rheumatoid Arthritis which
comes from anxiety but some other symptoms also helps which started with extreme
pressure on my fingers when writing, and a pain which they have inflected on the
nerves of my feet, arms, shoulders, and fingers.
-
Continuous hair loss due to the continuous hit of Microwaves and other
types of waves … I use to have long thick hair. Now my hair is short and hardly
a third of what I had before. The
back of my head is almost exposed, and I am a woman.
-
Of course with this torture I could not get married. They are always
there to attack should I think seriously of the matter in the cheapest possible
way that a criminal dirty mind can do. As part of their strategy to control the
person is to isolate him or her. In addition to their watching my family
continuously. But I am not sure whether they hurt any one of them or not.
Because at the beginning and after returning home from US I tried to tell my
family but they thought that I was tired psychologically and that I need to
relax. And the perpetrators have warned me that if I try that I again they will
attack the members of my family. So I completely shut up.

The torture of 25 years deprived me of emotions too, or when ever they
spot any kind of emotions towards my family or any human suffering of Iraqis or
anywhere they attack me or erase the emotions to tell me so what or picture it
for me as if it is not that bad or people who are suffering are not to be
considered important or of any human value. Even child abuse they would like to
present it as the child enjoying it, and the Killing of Iraqis as they are
nothing, though I am an Iraqi but they plant these thoughts in my brain crudely
and against my logic which they couldn't reach up till now, thanks God.

Put me under continuous embarrassment in front of people in many ways
that you will never imagine coming from normal and ordinary people. But recently
they have stopped that or may be because they have managed to isolate me and I
do not see people as much.
-
This kind of abuse has shunned me from people and from socializing or
feeling the need for social life. Even when I am with people I do not feel them
around me. I am always alone.
-
Interfere in my eating habits and press me to eat more and at different
times than normal times or sometimes do not feel like eating at all.
-
Interfere in my memory when things have to do with my family or with my
studies or daily life. They can erase the names and dates. My near memory has
been destroyed.

Yesterday they were beaming one of my eyes. it felt like a needle
penetrating. after which my sight through that eyes was totally blurred.
What I have listed above are only a short list of most recent things that I
remember.
Finally I do not think that I need to say that this detention
was against any human rights' law and justice and against my will.
I
sincerely hope that you will take not only my case but of thousands others and
decide that the time has come where you should step in and stop these
operations.
I do not think that you really believe that your security
needs such dirty trade or war equipments besides what you already have .
For the last two months I have been writing to people in power and
nothing is stopping him from preventing me of sleeping...can you imagine what
does it mean not to sleep for two months for an ordinary person like me? After I
have written to President Carter they let me sleep for two three nights (but
just like the dead or in coma) and now they are back to preventing me from
sleeping.
Hoping to hear from you what can restore and preserve human
dignity and minimum standard of ethics that you know more than anybody else are
necessary for the survival of any nation.

It's very
difficult for me to explain the situation that I’m in. Apparently, nothing can
be detected and when I try to talk about my harassment, what people think is
that, this schizophrenic moron is a big failure and he is trying to hide his
worthlessness by telling all these stories. But just because I have no other
option, I thought of letting people know something through this
anyway.
Initially the harassments were
like:-
Inescapable
voices inside my head and I’m not mentally ill
So many
people can see thru walls, and produce sounds that "follow"
me
No matter
where I am, repeated instances where it seems my mind is being
read.
Forced
awakening, can't go back to sleep, as if I’m on high doses of
caffeine
It seems that
some people are blocking my way or
trying to harass me in anything that I’m trying to do.
Tortures with
hypersonic sound and acoustic waves.
Gradually the tortures became
like:-
Total sacrifice of physical & mental
privacy for 24 hrs., associated with tremendous psychological torture.
To begin with, this is draconian violation of
privacy. Even though it sounds weird to the common people, it’s a fact that, I
get tortured the most by faceless voices inside my head. My brain gets tortured
every moment by numerous other faceless voices that continuously negate &
manipulate my thought process by interfering with my brain wave and in the
process tortures me psychologically and damages my brain and nerves. My mind is
always a battlefield in here, and my brain just "gasps" every second to take a
breath and it seems like that these are just suffocating my brain to “death”. I
remain helplessly mentally handicapped in this condition. The perpetrators do it
intentionally and increases the severity when it counts the most. They don’t
even let me sleep at night. This pushes me towards acute depression, mental
retardation and insanity. This is the most sophisticated form of psychological
torture one can think of. This is so intolerable that someone who has not gone
through it can’t even imagine. This continuous torture on my brain & nerves
may result in permanent insanity, brain embolism, cerebral hemorrhage
etc.
Frequent
attacks of chemical poisoning of my body, which invalidates and incapacitates me
slowly. These chemicals are any dangerous, harmful chemicals to acids to
poisons, which are damaging me to a great extent.
Tortures with
continuous intolerable foul smell that won’t let me breathe/drink/eat and these
not only damages my brain, but vitiates every cell and blood. They will sort of
“inject” these into my system and make me inhale these poisonous smells
involuntarily. One can’t imagine how severe this torture can be This includes smells of gutter, faeces
and anything and everything that only supreme perverted psychopaths can think
of. This is inhuman torture, and an example of extreme brutal perversion by some
demonic psychopaths.
Frequent
attacks with heat/chemical radiations, which can result in local atrophy of body
parts.
Criminal
denigration & criminal instigation with a fabricated fictitious negative
image. Negative subliminal messages also through songs, music or through any
source of sound.
Sometimes,
continuous shrill, shrieking sound especially at hours of rest and at night,
that affects your nerves so much that you can’t go to sleep even with the help
of sleeping pills.
The whole
exercise is so nicely camouflaged with a huge hypocrisy and eyewash that you can
never be suspicious about the real culprits and can never have any idea about
the gravity of the situation. There is so much of mental pain, agony, anguish
and trauma associated with the whole exercise every second, that normal people
won’t be able to imagine. Also, this exercise is so damaging and deadly that
ignorant people won’t be able to comprehend.
NB:
I became a victim
of this weird kind of torture, 7 yrs. back in April 1999, when I was working in
the USA. I had to come back from USA in a nervous breakdown condition. .But it
was haunting me, no matter where in the globe I’m in. The torture got worse as
the years progressed and from Mar
2003 it had made my life a living hell.
As far as I could get, two of the
infrastructures in Kolkata (most probably Salt Lake) is primarily from where
this heinous crime is getting carried out. This is a den and a place where you
can find the worst possible psychopaths.
These are perpetrators with the
most vicious mind and worst possible devilish brains. They have made my life a
living hell for the last few years, and the more they are getting the “taste of
my blood”, the worse they are becoming.
There are so many abnormal
scoundrels working as psycho-terrorists, and are torturing me through this, that
you can’t even imagine. Their full time job is to destroy me and to keep me in
pain somehow. No one can ever imagine about the quality and mentality of people
who live in this place.
The
combination of the meanest, brutal, vicious, devilish brains and fundamentalist
psycho-terrorists is the deadliest. They are brutally stabbing a mistaken
identity and carrying out this mayhem with terrorist
conviction.
Some
chronological events:
May 1999 - Became
the first time victim when I was in US. Immediately came back to India within a
month losing my job and in a nervous breakdown
condition...
Apr 2000-Could
somehow recover and felt like these devils released me...and I tried to get a
job in Pune...
Sep 2000 - Again
I got attacked and I came back to Pune sacrificing my job and in a terrified
condition
Sep 2001 - They
stopped doing it on me and I tried to get a job in
Kolkata..
Sep 2002 - Again
the same thing happened and I had to sacrifice my job ...
Mar 2003 - The
intensity of the torture suddenly got triple folded and I lost all my nerves and
it created havoc in my life and I had to go for a gruesome divorce suit just
because of the misunderstanding arising out of this torture ...
The
torture was increasing but I tried my best and got a job in Pune, but there also
I had to lose the job because of devilish torture that was damaging my brain,
nerves severely. The inhuman torture is increasing exponentially since then
.....and it has reached the stage of extreme brutal perversion and criminal
deprivation of almost everything that would shock even the animal rights
activists.
I’m in great danger Sir, as some of these brutal animals are
not only making me paralyzed and crippled in this way, they are looking for

I am in
Singapore. It all began in 2006, towards the middle, so it's 1 1/2 year now,
judging by the number of media outfits involved, it will continue for 3 years
since that is the requirement under tort law in common law countries for
dismissed cases. I am being indirectly compensated since a lot of my studies
have been indirectly funded (not that we need it, I think my 'scholarship' is
compensation), but I think our family was duped, they got off far too cheaply
after what they did due to their suspicions. Unlike so many TIs, my case was
purely speculative and was completely wrong and they know it. Since they got my
folks involved, there was no turning back on the compensation issue, I wouldn't
even be surprised if I landed a comfy well-paying job easily after this with a
paid-for PhD degree.
Let me also tell you about the system. Neuro
charges are one-off data-packets, so whatever you feel in your head or areas of
the body, it's one data packet per charge. When your muscle twitches, there may
be two or three neuro charges. One in your head, the others in your body, hence
you feel interactive with this thing, but it's still a charge nothing tangible
and if you get spoken to, it simply releases a number of charges (one each) can
be ignored. And you need to be sleepy and fatigued for it to work well, or very
angry, I think. Just stay calm.
Instead of asking for help, there is a
need for an international forum to inform TIs how to manage their lives with
this 'intrusion'. You would be surprised how much of it all is simply 'clever'
guesses of your decision-making after a while of study of you.
If you
are one of those who have had the old tv interaction or feel followed,
initially, these are genuine neuro impulses, but the BCI 'records' these neuro
activities and all they have to do is re-play these charges to get almost
instant results (2 metre effective range) - to make you feel followed, sad or
even other more intimate forms of feelings. So, if you think logically, there
isn't anything there - as if playing a recorded VHS on your neurons. And since
you are so convinced of the gravity of this intrusion, you do not recognize how
small these things are as influences. So you keep going on and on how it's the
NWO or whatever, when all it may be is some divorced loser upstairs or next
doors playing to your fears. i just don't know where it's implanted, I think
it's on the shoulder though hence direct access to your brain and spine. With a
couple on your legs for those twitches. If you find out, let me
know.
Trust me, it can be ignored. I have been doing so, in fact, it's
very very primitive and *needs* your participation in the successful
implementation of the ANN (artificial neuro network - google it). Your bugged
appliances are only to tire your brain and make you sleepy.
So, if you
can spread this message, about the correct terms - WBAN, ANN etc, it will do us
all very good and the case, don't align this case with the 9/11 inside job
conspiracies or UFOs, it will not help. We need to correct our own people before
we make a fuss about it all, so TIs must learn to manage this before we
co-ordinate our activities, imagine if you have PhDs making their cases to their

others with information until someone knows where exactly this thing is

In 1994 I went to Canada and 1997 they accepted me as a refugee. Not
knowing what was awaiting me I thought that all my problems were over and I was
going to live a happy life. Somehow for six to seven years the life went on as I
was expecting, studying working and so on. In March 2001 the preps which I
believed they are CIA and the CISS of Canada agents targeted me for the first
time when I was living in Toronto, Ontario and that was the beginning of most
horrible era of my life. First I wasn’t sure what was going on but it started
with horrendous nightmares every night, then I realized some people that were
following me around, residing beside my apartment and coming to my work place
before that happens were CISS and CIA agents.
After that I moved around
and every 5 to 6 months I changed my apartment but they always targeted me and I
only was able to run form them whenever I wasn’t sleeping in my car or in my
apartment. But from 2005 they never lost me for one minute and that was when the
horrible tortures started, they were directing sharp microwave at my head that I
had to remain still and can do nothing. I wrote a letter to Paul Martin Prime
Minister of Canada at the time and sent copies to my doctor and UNHCR but it
reached nowhere. Later they increased the torture by directing sharp microwave
at my eyes and ears. It was absolutely unbearable my eyes were turning red full
of blood and I lost almost 1.5 of my sight. At that time I was working for a
pizza store as a pizza maker and I found it impossible for me to continue my
work there or live in Canada. So in April 2005 I left and went to India,
unfortunately they reached me there as bad and the harassment continued, after
that I moved to Iran to Turkey and U.A.E. but they are still torturing me.
Sometimes they don’t let to sleep for two consequent nights by directing
microwaves at my eyes, abdomen and other parts of my body.
When I
look back to see what went wrong and what was my mistake, I can’t exactly figure
out, maybe I shouldn’t had gone to Canada and just had stayed on the stove
instead of jumping into the fire.
I am not sure if they are tracing us by
our DNA or there is an implant. There is a possibility of implant because when I
am praying, running, playing soccer and some other times they are able to
increase my heartbeat and even one time when I was x-raying my right foot there
was and small object showing in the sole of the foot but when the clinic did
another CT scan there was no trace of it, in which I guess they are able to move
the implant around.
Why the torture us? Well, please read the enclosed
document about a project called MKULTRA. You will realize that they used
Electrical Shocks and LSD at that time to brain wash the victims, now they are
using torture and electromagnetic radiation instead.
Your attention
is urgently needed to halt these atrocities, protect me, and bring these
extremist elements to justice.

Hello Dears;
You may heard my stories before but
now they have started a new torture on me. Every night at middle of my sleep
from 4 to 6 am they start burning different place in my body. It feels like a
hot needle has been put on that spot of my body. Whenever I cover the spot that
they are burning it with my hand or aluminium foil they immediately shift to
another place in my body and they make me to suffer for 2 hours of that burning
pain. What they doing is not illegal according to the U.S. law,
because there is a Congress approved law which allows use of Electronic
torture and chemical substances on human subject by the Intelligent Service
for research purpose.

suggestion.
1. As I reviewed some of the cases,
I found that 99.% of cases that are claiming to be in China and Chinese are CIA
made up. The CIA is trying to turn attention away from themselves and make the
real cases look funny. They also don't want to let the people who want to help
us know whom to target. I suggest that you do not include those cases in your
email campaigning.
2. As you know we are
trying to get help from the people by our email campaign, to make it more
effective I suggest that we write something that sounds real to the ordinary
people and the others that are not aware of such technologies. For example we
shouldn't write they are reading our minds or seeing through our eyes 24s a day,

My name is
Somesh Singh. I am 40 years old male. I have passed my Graduation
in June 1988. I remember the exact event when all this started, I may
not be able to tell the exact date. It was during my second year of
graduation i.e. 1986 ending. I usually went to Temple both
alone or with family or friends.
That particular time I decided to go to a New Temple alone in my
city. There at the time of offering prayers I noticed a man in 40's
standing right opposite to me and facing me doing prayer gesture.
I was surprised why that stranger was behaving strangely. when all the
people around me were facing towards the deity and praying, why this stranger
was facing me i.e. opposite of all the people around there. I went home
that day and coincidently I was alone at home that day. I heard not knocking but
forceful banging at the door several times. I rushed to the door but could not
find anyone. Thereafter I felt in series of situations that somebody is always
following me. I began to behave complain to my parents about this. They
did tried to pacify me. But this Paranoid behaviour continued and I even
stopped going to college for a few days. My father was very worried , He met the
college principle and told that I was not feeling well. The Principal wrote
a get well soon letter to me also wrote that I am one of the Best students
of the college. After few days I resumed college.
Subsequently
I began to notice strange things. When ever I sit to watch TV The horizontal
lines start appearing. Then gradually whenever watching any program with
interest there use to be some breakdown in the telecast. One night while
going to sleep when I switched off lights, I noticed a sharp laser like beam on
my glass windows just moving around the periphery of the window with great
precision. That dot of light kept moving for about an hour. I was motionless
full of fear. That day I got a feeling that somebody doesn’t want me to live.
During this period i.e. around 1988 ending my younger brother once complained
of all things appearing magnified. My father took him to doctor and
slowly it disappeared on its own.
I managed
this mental torture on my own. I have just adapted to take things
coolly. I started doing job after my graduation. I worked in a Private
Limited company till 1998. I was involved in many interesting projects of
computerization of Accounts of Rs100 Crore company then later on transferring
the offline accounts to online accounts. Basically I was in accounts department
but was working as coordinater in systems Department, mostly sitting in systems
department.
My Father
expired in 1997 by massive heart attack, he was only 52 years. From 1998 I
started my own business along with my younger brothers. Till date I am
continuing the same business and growing.
I am having
all these symptoms going on till date: -
My
Experiences and Symptoms :
(1)
It makes me feel paranoid by synchronizing palpitations and
external electrical disturbances like flickering of electrical bulb or tube light and “click” sound of a
stabilizer caused by electrical fluctuations (it causes fluctuations of voltage
at particular targeted point close to the target and not the entire
electrical phase which is abnormal).
(2) Also mild nerve pains
which keep shifting. It makes me feel as if my mind is being
read.
(3) I have got electric shock on few occasions
when I touched another person (both the persons felt the shock), this
has happened both within our family members and outside.
(4) I also get electric
shock/ jolts while in sleep and also had frightening
nightmares.
(5) Once my brother had
illusions of all objects appearing magnified, we had to rush to Doctor but it
subsided on its own the next day.
The
period was very eventful. I could not understand anything. It is only after 1999
and later I discovered a lot of info on net. There after I gradually understood
the game. I made myself strong to face the consequences. It is going
on till date...
I am in touch
with 4 other Indians thru net. Two persons are also in contact by
telephone. We have discussed things happening with us..... In my contact is one
person a Scientist from a nuclear fuel complex, another is a professor
from Medical College, one person is Phd Indian student from New York and one
person from business community. I have forwarded the petition to all these
persons.
I demand for
an international investigation of those crimes and huge violations of human
rights.
I would like to
report severe Human Rights abuse using Hi-tech Non Lethal Weapons on
Human.
I have come in contact with a scientist in Department of
Atomic Energy, at Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu who is also having same problem. He has

Once I was in Delhi on
family tour .I noticed a wall pasted poster on wall of Palika Bazaar . It was
"HELP" poster by another victim . Since I was on tour I had a camera I took
photograph of that poster. Unfortunately the victims email ID did not come
clearly in photo. It said about inhuman mind reading and dream implantation in
subject’s mind remotely. I have travelled from north to south but the effect on
me goes on 24hrs 7 days.
Latest is I have come in contact with one more
person who is victim of this technology, he is from Punjab. He is getting his
medical examinations like MRI done to prove the technology abuse on him. He is

I am a victim
of Organized Stalking and Directed Energy Weapons torture, from Trivandrum,
India since 2000, which I realized only in 2003.
Since then I have been
subjected to several sensory modalities like visual, olfactory and tactile
hallucinations, thought conversation, threats of being burnt alive and torture
in the form of spasmodic pain. Twitching of muscles can occur in association
with a stimulative thought.
Suspicion
first arose due to repeated incidents of strange but marked coincidence. Even my
wildest thoughts were being spelt out by people around me with a sense of
rebuke. I suffered social isolation and found myself exposed to deliberate
situations that could endanger my life itself.
I concluded that there was
some kind of a continuous monitoring device. At that time, 3-4 years back, I was
totally unaware of mind control devices and hence could not make out exactly
what was happening to me.
Since the
psychiatric DSM and ICD classifications and symptom listing categorize the
features of mind control experimentation as that of paranoid schizophrenia, I
have till date not been able to take up any legal procedures for seeking
justice.
I have approached several political and human rights
organisations and activists in India but all of them have turned out a deaf
ear.
The Indian situation is very
grave. There are no support groups in India. What statistics show is only tip of
the ice berg as the socioeconomic and educational status of the average Indian
is far below that in Europe and the vast majority of people cannot realize what
is happening to them. It is purely illogical and foolish to think that India
alone is not perpetrating mind control technology over its masses when all other
governments are doing the same at a stage when India has risen to be a nuclear
and space power with indigenous technologies. I request the international
community to look in to the Indian situation also.

I would like to inform you that the Russian Securities are
carrying out Mind-Control experiments on me and are using Electromagnetic
Weapons to continuously irradiate me. These experiments began with the
radiation, then made me hear voices in my head with threats, such
as “Do not drink water, it is poisoned!”, “Your mother was taken to the
police station!”, "Leave your wife"!”, “We'll take your children away from
you!”, “The criminals have recruited you!”
The Psycho-operators
began to
give
me instructions
that
I
should stop writing complaints and hang myself. Later the
criminals started to expose me to the irradiation, which brought different
pictures, films, photographs and other effects to my head. This irradiation
provoked muscles spasms and irregular heart-beats. Different parts of my body
were strongly irradiated: the genitalia, the kidney, the liver, the stomach, the
heart, the head, the bowels, the back, hands and feet, the neck and the teeth.
After the irradiation I had prolonged diarrhea, insomnia, increase in
body-temperature and various dysfunctions of my bodily organs. Here are the
consequences of these experiments:
- thinking-process
interference;
- disturbance in the work of vestibular apparatus;

headaches and pains in the other organs;
- muscles spasms;
- feet
swelling;
- osteochondrosis;
- stenocardia;
- eye trouble;
- itching of
entire body;
My complaints to the Russian Organizations For The
Protection Of Human Rights never came to anything. The Russian Securities
advised me to go and see the psychiatrist and later, they retorted that they
could not bring an action against their own colleagues. The Securities'
experiments which have been carried out for many years now are accompanied
by tortures and harassment,
which are
still going on and which are inflicting barbarous pains and sufferings on
me.

I was born on the 4th of March ,1958 in Pyatigorsk of Stavropol
region. I have an average education and I finished a construction school.
In 1977 I was called into the Soviet Army and served in boundary forces.
in 1979 I entered into the High Boundary Command School of Dzerzhinskiy and I
studied only a year. I was punished because of the conflict situation and I was
compelled to leave this school. At present I work as a plasterer.
Acute
irradiation began since 1990. As a result of an irradiation I’ve got diseases,
which are listed in the medical certificates (see application 1). I sent the
complaint because of irradiation to the different State Offices, but I’ve got

An meiner
Familie, bestehend aus fĂĽnf Personen (ich, mein Mann und die SĂhne) werden
grausame Schmähungen verĂĽbt (Folter, VerhĂhnung), die von den Organen des KGB
der UdSSR durchgeführt werden. Diese Schmähungen geschehen durch die
Sicherheitsorgane und in letzter Zeit unter Ausnutzung der neusten Verfahren
psychotronischer Waffen. Diese Technologien sind gegen den Verstand des Menschen
gerichtet und wirken auf alle Organe des menschlichen Organismus. Die
durchgefĂĽhrten Versuche und Folterungen sind amoralisch, ungeheuerlich und
abscheulich hinsichtlich ihrer Grausamkeit. Unabhängig vom Ort und von der
Entfernung der Geräte werden wir durch sie gefoltert, werden unsere Gedanken
gelesen, hĂrt und sieht man uns, nĂtigt man uns, im Schrecklichen zu leben,
macht Anschläge auf dieses eine Leben, das wir haben, hält man uns lebendig
gefangen. Nicht einmal kleine Kinder, die sich in der Wohnung befinden, werden
verschont. Bei uns waren Freunde zu Besuch sowie im Ausland lebende Verwandte.
Und unsere Kinder waren mit Kindern aus Bulgarien befreundet. Sicher im
Zusammenhang damit besuchten unsere Wohnung 1980 KGB-Mitarbeiter und begannen
uns zu bedrohen (Wohnung: 309530 Starij Oskol, Belgorodskaja Oblast).
Zielgerichtet begann die heimliche Einwirkung auf unseren Gesundheitszustand
1983. Ich hatte 38 Jahre im russischen Bergbau als Konstruktionsingenieur der
ersten Kategorie gearbeitet. Ich hatte einen geradlinigen Charakter, was nach
Meinung meiner Vorgesetzten A.P. Frolow und N. L. Wjatkin, ein groĂźer Mangel
war. In mein Dienstzimmer kamen diese Leute oft mit KGB-Mitarbeitern. 1983
bemerkte ich eine starke Verschlechterung meines Gesundheitszustandes. Es taten
das Herz, der Magen und die Gelenke weh. Ich wandte mich oft ans Krankenhaus.
Mein Mann, Dozent an der Saporoscher Universität, begann ebenfalls 1983 einige
MerkwĂĽrdigkeiten an seinem Gesundheitszustand zu bemerken. Es begannen
unbegrĂĽndete Krankheitserscheinungen in unterschiedlichen KĂrperorganen. Er
spürte, daß sie durch Manipulation seines Bewußtseins kamen. Gegenwärtig ist
er ein vom Leid erdrĂĽckter und durch Krankheiten alt gewordener Mann, mit
vĂllig zerrĂĽttetem Nervensystem. Mein ältester Sohn, Oleg Iwanowitsch Gudsenko
(geb. 17.07.1957), wohnhaft in der Nähe von Moskau, von Beruf Ingenieur für
Physik, absolvierte das Moskauer physikalisch-technische Institut (MFTI). Er
„erkrankte“ kurz nach der Rückkehr von einer Dienstreise, die er auf dem
Forschungsschiff „Ajaks“ im Gebiet der Barentsee verbrachte. Ab 1985 begann
er ĂĽber das Auftreten von Stimmen im Kopf zu klagen. Sein Gehirn wurde viele
Jahre Tag und Nacht bestrahlt. Im Kopf kreisten Filme mit wissenschaftlichem
Charakter, deshalb lasen die Operatoren des Psychotrongerätes seine Gedanken
und die SchluĂźfolgerungen, die er daraus zog. Auf diese Art benutzten sie ihn
bis 1992 als intellektuellen Sklaven. 1992 untersuchte ihn die Wunderheilige
Olga Strelzowa (ehem. wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Abteilung
Allgemeine Physik der Akademie der Wissenschaften) mit dem Ziel der Aufklärung
der Einwirkungen der elektronischen Spezialtechnik auf meinen Sohn. Sie
versuchte auch jene Strahlung zu blockieren, die die Stimmen im Kopf hervorrief.
Aber im Oktober 1993 wurde sie brutal ermordet. Im Jahr 1986 er hatte bemerkt,
daĂź man ihn zu programmieren begann, d.h. ihn in einen Zombi verwandeln wollte,
aber jetzt lehnt Oleg die Bestrahlung kategorisch ab. Gegenwärtig erscheinen
die Stimmen im Kopf seltener, aber der Allgemeinzustand seines KĂrpers ist
insgesamt katastrophal. Es ist ein starker Sehverlust eingetreten, und meistens
liegt er im Bett. Ich meine, daĂź an diesem Verbrechen das Akademiemitglied A.
Struminskij beteiligt war, und ebenso das Institut MFTI, die Fabrik der
„Zombis“. Mein zweiter Sohn, Aleksander Iwanowitsch Gudsenko (geb.
13.12.1958), BĂĽrger RuĂźlands, diente bis 15. 08. 1992 in Raketeneinheiten im
Nordkaukasus. Danach zog er zu den Eltern wegen einer starken Verschlechterung
seines Gesundheitszustandes. Ab 23. September 1991 begann er über „Stimmen“
im Kopf zu klagen. Diese Stimmen drohten, ihn umzubringen. Er erschrak darĂĽber
und wandte sich an die Miliz. Von dort aus wurde er ins Ortskrankenhaus fĂĽr
psychische Erkrankungen in Belgorod gebracht. Einem meiner SĂhne sagten
Radiostimmen im Dezember 1993, daĂź ich mich ebenfalls unter ihrer EinfluĂźnahme
befinde. Meine Kinder wurden kĂĽnstlich zu Invaliden gemacht! Wer ist dafĂĽr
verantwortlich? Wer macht diesem BĂsen ein Ende? Ich fordere: Eingehende
Untersuchungen dieser Verbrechen, ein Anwendungsverbot dieser abscheulichen
Waffenart, die gegen das Leben und die Gesundheit der Menschen gerichtet ist,
die Auslieferung der Schuldigen an das Strafgericht.

I am a victim
of Targeted, Directed Energy Weapons and Mind Control from Russia.
I was
born on the 5th of January, 1954 in Sebezhe of Pskov province. I have a
intermediate technical education and in 1970 I finished the Leningrad sea
school. After completion of this sea school I worked as a steering motor
mechanic in the Leningrad sea port.
I consider that from my birth the section
of my brain was intentionally damaged and therefore I couldn’t speak till 1961
(at birth the site of a brain responsible (crucial) for speech and will power
was purposely damaged (injured). Till six years I stammered).When I was eight, I
felt the information intrusion into my consciousness. They did not give me
possibility to indicate that I wanted. I had to answer incorrectly and they
interfered me to learn good at the school. In 1978 I felt constantly the
powerful psychotronic influence on my organism.

After the complaint to the Presidium of
the Supreme Soviet of the USSR because of irradiation I was set on the
registration in the Psychiatry of Nevski district in Leningrad.
As a
result of the long-standing irradiation I have the following diseases: the
functional distribution of the processes of the higher nervous activity of the
brain of technogenic nature, cystoid reconstruction of the left half of average
cranial pit, cyst from the left in the basal divisions of frontotemporal region,
ventral rupture, dystrophic changes in the spine, chronic prostatitis, adenoma
of prostate gland, the capillary hemangioma of liver, the total weakening of
power engineering of all systems of organism and other illnesses. On the photo
(see [application 2). I have the injury of left eye and left hand because of the
radiation.
The above-presented facts testify about the systematic
disturbance of the rights of Russian citizens, the intentional putting of harm
to health, the tortures, the illegal experiments on the people and the violation
of the articles of International Convention:

Born June 15, 1945 in Moscow, Higher education, graduated from
Moscow Aviation Institute, specialized in “Flying Machines Production”.
Following graduation, from 1968 to 1992, employed at VPK enterprises in
correspondence with her specialization. Since 1992 and to date, still working,
but not in her field, the cause being the situation in our country: she does
social work as member of the legal assistance organization MOSCOW HOUSING ECOLOGY
COMMITTEE
Domojirova T.K.’s family is being subject to radiation
since 1970. Family members have caught ailments, they experience chronic
fatigue, eye soreness (chronic conjunctivitis}. They were deprived of nightly
slumber, aroused by remote controlled electric discharges, brought to the brink
of death, their will and mind depressed.
Domojirova T.K. complained of
the irradiation to various instances: the Housing Administration, the district
governing body, The Mayor’s Office, the “Konkovo” Precinct, procurators;
offices {District, City and
General}, the Government Housing Inspection, the Center of Sanitary and
Epidemiologic Supervision of South West, Administrative Precinct, to Presidents
Eltsin B.N. and Putin V.V., the Moscow City Duma, the State Duma none of the
plaints brought about an ecology expertise of the apartment.
In 1986,
after she filed a plaint with the USSR KGB, she was put under covert psychiatric
control. As a result of long term irradiation, Domojirova T. K. has developed
the following ailments: new picturesque
{myoma of uterus, polyps of the uterus, a cyst on an ovary}; a developing
cataract, liver pathology, multiple angyomae of facial and body skin,
destruction of her right foot that causes pain when walking.
Domojirova
T.K.’s mother , Gromova Lyubov Alexseevna, as a result of constant radiation
exposure has gone blind and bears on her body various hematomac and trophic
ulcers. A remote controlled injection of special chemical substance into her
right leg { two burn marts were visible} resulted in gangrene and amputation of
the leg.
Her daughter Iuina, born in 1981due to constant radiation,
experiences chronic fatigue, was hospitalized on various occasions with vomiting
attacks, has numerous angyomas on facial and body skin.
The grandson,
Prokhorov Alexander, born in 1992, a healthy infant, at present suffers
asymmetrical development of the face and head, angyomae on his body.
In
order to exercise psychological and material pressure on Domojirova T.K.;s
family acts of apartment terrorism have been committed: the front door was
unhinged, china and crystal wares smashed, color TV sets, video recorders,
household appliances made useless, personal belongings, wallpaper and rugs
spoiled by special chemical substances.
There are protocols of
measurements frequencies in Domojirova’s apartment and the treatment of the
apartment and belongings with
special chemicals.
The exposed facts are evidence of systematic violation
of RF citizens rights, of ecocide, of intentional damage to health, of torment,
torture, unsanctioned experiments, on humans and of infraction of International

born on the 21st of November, 1934 in Leningrad (St. Petersburg). I have a
supreme education and finished the Institute of Culture in St. Petersburg, The
Faculty of Bibliography.
Since 1964 I worked as a non-staff
correspondent in newspapers and magazines and as a editor on TV and at cinema. I
was born in a very creative family. My father was a honored worker of arts of
the Russian Federation. My mother always worked together with my father. They
are both participants of the Great Patriotic War in Leningrad and have rewards.
My family was irradiated since 1989. And as a result of the strong
irradiation my mother was very ill and during 10 years she could not work. Our
family was always upon the psychological pressure: the phone threats, from the
crane flew dirty water, at night any maidens and guys ran on the ladder and
somebody knocked on the door of the apartment. It was impossible for me to work,
however I continued to published in various magazines and newspapers till now. I
always had a very fine health, played volleyball and had the category " the
master of sports ".Often I took the second place in the city competitions on
track and field athletics. Concerning the irradiation I sent complaints to the
different instances, but I didn’t get any answer or I’ve got some formal
replies. As a result of the long-term irradiation I have the following
illnesses: an ischemic insult with left-hand defeat, an atherosclerosis of a
cardiac muscle, a stenocardia, a hypertension, a cataract of eye, expansion of
veins, strong destruction of teeth, change of voice, appreciable deterioration
of hearing.

I was
born on the 27th of August, 1953 in Moscow. I have an intermediate technical
education and finished the Moscow instrument technical school. I am a
technician- technologist. I worked as a technologist in “Spetsmontajstroe” and
“Stroiyprovlenee” the enterprises of military industrial complex. Now I work as
a sales agent of real estate.
I was irradiated since 1985. In 2000 I sent complaints because of
irradiation to various State Bodies, but it was ineffectual - I didn’t receive
any answer.
For these complaints I was transported violently without my
consent by the local doctor and others to the regional psychiatric clinic and
there from into the Psychoneurological Hospital Number 13. In the hospital the
doctors made me ###### with the unknown medicine on 2 ampules without the
inspection three times a day. They extracted me in a week on the guarantee of my
relatives.
Psychoneurological examination was carried out on the demand of
the MOSCOW COMMITTEE OF THE ECOLOGY OF
DWELLING and 16.08 2001 I was taken from the psychiatric registration.
As a result of the long-standing irradiation I have the following
diseases, typical to the person,
who is irradiated through the psychophysical weapon.
I have a protocol
of measure of the ionizing emission in my apartment and a report of the
inspection of my apartment by the MOSCOW
COMMITTEE OF THE ECOLOGY OF DWELLING that somebody penetrated into my
apartment in my absence and strewed all my clothes by the chemical substances.
The above-presented facts testify about the systematic disturbance of
the rights of Russian citizens, the intentional putting of harm it is healthy

I was born on
the 5th of May, 1956 in Ust-Labinsk of Đšrasnodar region. I have a
midding-technical education and I finished Novocherkasky technical school. After
that I worked as a chisel master. Now I am a pensioner against illness and I
have the Disablement of the second group - ischemic illness of heart.
My family was irradiated since 1973 and in
1978 my father Frolov Timofey was killed by the beam weapon. In 1990 my son was
killed under not found out circumstances. In 1998 my mother Frolova Evdokiya was
killed.
I sent the complaints, according to the fact of the
irradiation to the Supreme Advice of the USSR, to the Ministry of Justice of the
Russian Federation, to the Ministry of Work and Social Development of the
Russian Federation, to the Ministry Public Health Services of the Russian
Federation, to the Representative of Human Rights with the President of the
Russian Federation. In 1991 I sent complaints to the regional Offices of Public
Prosecutor of Krasnodar region, but the irradiation lasts until today. In 1998 I
sent complaints to the Office of Public Prosecutor of Moscow.
Through
the long-term irradiation I had the following diseases: heartbeat disturbance,
ulcer, gastritis, pathology of kidneys, increase of liver, deterioration of
sight, loss of hearing. My daughter was born in 1988. She also has received as a
result of the irradiation the following illnesses: gastritis, heartbeat
disturbance.
Above the stated facts testify to regular infringement of
citizens’ rights of the Russian Federation, deliberate drawing of harm to
health, tortures, torment, illegal experiments in public and infringement of

born on the 26th of September, 1937 in Moscow. I have a supreme education and I
am an engineer- economist. In 1966 I finished Moscow Engineering Economic
Institute and I worked at the plant. Since 1996 I am a pensioner.
I was
irradiated from 1998. At the beginning of irradiation I have caused inflammatory
processes in my organism. At the end 1996 I’ve got stupid pains in the backbone
and in the head because of the daily irradiation. After that I’ve caught the
stroke with the normal analyses of the blood . I laid in the hospital three
times because of the illnesses, which I’ve obtained technogenically as a result
of the irradiation. I have the atherosclerosis of vessels, several strokes,
pains of heart and liver, the pancreas etc. (see appendix 2.)
I sent
complaints to the FSB, Office of Public Prosecutor, the Constitutional Court of
the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court, on the fact of technogenic
irradiation, but I have not received the answer. (see appendix 1.)
I
have reports of measure which confirm the presence of technogenic irradiation in
my apartment and trace the presence of the chemical compositions in my apartment
(see appendix 3).

I am a victim

I was
born on the 20th of March, 1940 in Komsomolsk-– on- Amur of Khabarovskiy
District. I have a higher education and finished the Polytechnic Institute in
Komsomolsk – on-Amur. I am a Candidate of Technical Sciences from 1969 to 1992
and I worked at the scientific research institute of aviation technologies. From
1992 to 2000 I was an owner of my own firm and now I am an owner of Caralov
club.
I was irradiated since 1991 repeatedly. I began to write
complaints because of the irradiation to the different instances. In 1992 I sent
complaints to the organs of the sanitary-epidemiological supervision of eastern
administrative district association from the tenants of our house 1/1. And in
1993 I sent the complaint to the main sanitary doctor of Moscow. I’ve got the
answer, that similar emissions are not measured and that there are no
instruments for the measurement BY SHF.
After that I sent the complaint
to the District Division of Internal Affairs on the fact of the irradiation. As
a result of it the police threatened me in my apartment to isolate me and send
me into psychiatry. Three times I sent complaints to the Federal Security
Service, but I didn’t get any answer. In 1995 I sent the complaint to the
District Procurator and they transmitted my complaint to the District Division
of Internal Affairs. I didn’t get any answer till now. In 1997 I sent the
complaint to the General Procurator's office. I was called into the law court to
send me into the psychiatric hospital with the diagnosis of maniacal persecutory
delusion. Only because of protection of the MOSCOW COMMITTEE OF THE ECOLOGY OF
DWELLING in the law court the matter was ended.
I repeatedly rang
the television network because of disturbance of the telephone communications,
technogenic noises in the hand receiver and wire tapping, but everything
remained as before.
As a result of long-standing irradiation I have the
following diseases, characterizing the irradiated persons: destroyed teeth,
diseases of eyes, tachycardia, increasing the frequency of pulse, the
overvoltage of the regulator mechanisms as a result of stresses, obtained as a
result of the irradiation.

systematic damage of rights and freedoms of the Russian citizens and of the
articles of International Convention:

I was born on the 11th of June,

education. I am a technician- technologist. Many years I worked as a senior
civil engineer in the Soviet Army of unit 01723. I retired in 1994.
My
family and I were irradiated since 1996. I sent my complaints to the different
government instances: to the President, to the St.Petersburg Governor, to the
City Procurator, to the Presidential Representative of the North-West District
and to others but I didn’t get any answer.
As a result of radiation, I
became the second group of disablement. Through the irradiation I have the
following diseases: ischemic stroke, atherosclerosis, venous insufficiency on
the left side, pulmonary venous stasis, coronary pathology, blood pathology,
swelling of the legs, destruction of teeth.

born on the 7th of September, 1954 in Moscow. I have a higher education. In 1977
I finished the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute of Semashko and I work as
a doctor till now.
They began to irradiate us since 1973. I have a
number of the diseases of the technogenic nature: pain in the spin, in the back,
the pathology of the kidneys, liver, lungs of “the obscure etiology” by
normal analyses. It was arranged the quarrels in my family as a moral effect. I
was divorced with my husband and they threatened to straighten my son and me. My
obtained diseases as a result of irradiation during thirty-years (see in
appendix 2.).
I have a protocol of measure of the ionizing emission in
my apartment and a report of the inspection of my apartment. THE MOSCOW COMMITTEE OF THE ECOLOGY of
dwelling determined, that in the absence of owners somebody penetrated into my
apartment and sprinkled my apartment by chemical substances (see appendix 3).
The above-presented facts testify about the systematic disturbance of
the citizens’ rights of the Russian Federation, the intentional putting of harm
to health, the tortures, the tortments, the illegal experiments on the people

I was
born on 15th of June, 1938 in Kazakhstan. I have an intermediate technical
education. In 1966 I finished the Leningrad Physicomechanical Technical School .
From 1959 to 1993 I worked in the Leningrad optical-mechanical association
(LOMO) as an engineer for the preparation of production.
They began to
irradiate us since 1983 and I felt a very stark indisposition, pains of eyes,
pains in the heart and in the joints. I always have incomprehensible allergy.
Since that I began to write complains about these incomprehensible illnesses. I
told my friends and my colleagues about these strange symptoms. It was necessary
to suppress the excess conversations and in 1983 I was accomodated into the
mental hospital. I sent complains to the different State Institutions because of
irradiation but I didn’t get any answer till now. All considered me as the
mentally unhealthy person. In 1993 I retired on pension and now I am a
pensioner.
As a result of the irradiation I have different diseases:
leucosis, burns.
In my absence the criminals entered into my apartment
and they strewed by the chemistry mixture furniture, products, wearing things,
spoil office equipment, sanitary engineering, clothing.
In 1998 my
husband Pavlovsky Grigoriy was killed, who created “ST. PETERSBURG’S SOCIETY OF THE PROTECTION
OF PERSONALITY FROM THE REMOTE BIOENERGETIC TERROR” and who was a chairman
of this society. All my relatives are irradiated and in 1999 my daughter’s
husband was killed . My sister is irradiated brutally.

born on the 23d of May, 1931 in Kashira near of Moscow. I have a supreme
education and finished Military Radio- engineering Academy in Charkov. I am an
engineer of automatic control systems and computers. I served in the Soviet Army
from 1951 to 1976. After dismissal from army I worked directly with repair and
service of COMPUTERS from 1977 to 1995. Last 14 years I worked as a senior
engineer of the scientific research institute of the aviation industry. During
service in the army I was offered to work for KGB, to inform they about the
colleagues, but I refused. Such matters KGB did not forgive me.
After
dismissal from army my family was began to irradiate. In 1983 and in 1984 I sent
complaints on the fact of irradiation to the State Office of Public Prosecutor
of the USSR four times, but I have received any answer. Then I was invited into
the police, and from there I was sent for psychiatry. In 1989 I was released
from psychiatry. In 1998 I sent two references to the minister of the Ministry
of Internal Affairs and two telegrams to the president of Russia. But I have not
got any answer.
As a result of irradiation I have received a number of
characteristic diseases.

born on 9th of August, 1941 in Leningrad. I have a higher education and I am an
economist . From 1969 to 1995 I worked as a senior economist at the Intourists
Hotel Astoria. From 1995 to this day I am a pensioner. While we were repeatedly
stimulated by Intourist management for her good work and therefore we received
monetary bonuses, written recognitions and valuable gifts.
I was irradiated since 1998. A variety of
experiments have been conducted on me : internal organs put out of balance, the
psyche influenced, with provocation of the sense of fear, horror and stupor,
distraction, blocked memory, virtual vision; chemicals, gases and viral were
used; the viri cause a permanent state of influenza; radiation inflicts body
lesions, muscular spasms in the ribcage, impeded breathing, suffocation the
ribcage, impeded breathing, suffocation and heart stoppage on at least four
occasions. The electronic monitoring is constant, without a minutes
pause.
As a result of irradiation I have the following ailments:
respiratory disease, alteration of cardiac rhythms, anemia, varicose veins,
alteration of metabolism- diabetes.
In connection with the long term
irradiation I sent complaints to the diverse State Institutions, but I’ve got
only formal replies.

He felt
an irradiation in 1982 and then he created in Leningrad the “SOCIETY OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONALITY
FROM THE REMOTE BIOENERGETIC TERROR”, who was a chairman of this society up
to the destruction.
He was killed in 1998.

I am a victim

I was
born on the 19th of July, 1937 of Rostov Region. I have a higher education and
finished the Radiotechnical Institute in Taganrog. I am a Radio Engineer. From
1961 to 1992 I was employed in accordance with my specialty at the enterprises
of VPK and of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 1994 to 1998 I was a helper
of Government Duma of the Russian Federation. Now I presides the legal
assistance organization of the MOSCOW
HOUSING ECOLOGY COMMITTEE.
My family was irradiated since 1987. They
began to feel indisposition. My husband Petukhov Vitaly had strong headaches,
eyes pains, fatigue and he couldn’t sleep at night. The medical examinations
detected no fault in his state of health. My mother in law and I had the same
symptoms. Since 1992 the irradiation increased and in June my mother in law was
killed. In 1993 my husband Petoukhov V.N. was killed. Criminal proceedings were
initiated in connection with my husband’s killing and were discontinued in a
week. The investigator in charge didn’t let me to examine my husband’s case
record.
Petukhov Vitaly was born on the 9th of March, 1940 in Sovetsk of
Kirov region. He had a supreme education and finished the Radiotechnical
Institute in Taganrog. In 1968 he was called for the military service into the
Soviet army of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he was engaged in
development of the equipment of communication for armies of the Ministry of
Internal Affairs. From 1970 to 1993 he worked at the scientific research
institute of the special Equipment as a chief of laboratory. He was one of the
best experts in development of the equipment of communication. Special Services
of Russia prepared for war in the Chechen Republic a very good communication and
the fair people were not used. It was necessary to take all families for
realization of experiences. In 1993 my husband was killed.
My apartment
, the garage and my personal belongings were drenched with chemicals. Besides, I
underwent psychological and economic pressure. During my absence from my
apartment trespassers spoiled furniture, clothing, household appliances were
stolen. In the morning I found on my body burns and hematomas. Some of them were
confirmed by medical certificates.
As a result of exposure to
irradiation, I have received diseases, characteristic of long term technogenic
sadism. It were made protocols of measurements in my apartment, which confirmed
the presence of technogenic influence and evidence of examinations of my
apartment, signed by witnesses and certified by notary public.
The

Alles begann
1983 durch einen Konflikt auf der Arbeit. Und im November 1984 begann mein Mann,
Stanislaw Fjodorowitsch Redkin, plĂtzlich zu klagen, daĂź ihm die Arme, Beine,
der Hals und der Kopf teilweise oder vollständig absterben. Er konnte nicht
begreifen, was mit ihm vorgeht. Im April 1984 bekam er gleichzeitig einen
Schlaganfall und einen Infarkt. Der Schlaganfall war von einer linksseitigen
Lähmung begleitet. Er lag drei Monate und 20 Tage im Moskauer Stadtkrankenhaus
Nr. 1. Nach der Entlassung wurde er Vollinvalid.
Und das mit 50 Jahren!
Während ich ihn pflegte, kam es bei mir ebenfalls zu merkwürdigen
Erscheinungen, obwohl es mir gesundheitlich immer gut ging, und ich im Laufe
vieler Jahre an keiner Erkrankung litt. Und nun plĂtzlich mal eine kurzzeitige
KnorpelentzĂĽndung, mal kurzzeitige Kopfschmerzen, dann wieder wie bei meinem
Mann Absterben der Arme, Beine, des Kopfes (teilweise oder ganz), starke
Schmerzen in der Herzgegend und so weiter... Mein Mann sagte, daß er ständig
irgendeiner nicht begreiflichen Einwirkung unterliegt. Mir war das auch alles
unbegreiflich. All` das schien wie aus dem Reich der Phantasie.
Mein Mann
starb am ersten August 1986 im Krankenhaus Nr. 79, das sich unweit der
U-Bahnstation „Kolomenskaja“ befindet. Nach dem Tod meines Mannes begann ich
merkwĂĽrdige Befindlichkeiten zu spĂĽren:
Mal konnte ich fĂĽr zwei Wochen
nicht richtig sehen (meine Dioptrie war +1), mal tat das Herz weh. Ich rief den
ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst. Der bescheinigte mir jedoch, daß alles normal
ist. Dann wieder kam es zum Pulsieren und zum Vibrieren des ganzen KĂrpers, oder
zum Prickeln am ganzen KĂrper, dann taten die Beine anhaltend weh. Ein andres
Mal kam es zu einem plĂtzlichen asthmatischen Hustenanfall und zu einer
EntzĂĽndung der Bindehaut an den Augen und einer SchleimhautentzĂĽndung im
Nasen-Rachenraum. Wenn ich das Haus verlieĂź, verschwanden alle diese
MerkwĂĽrdigkeiten. Ich begriff das so lange nicht, bis ich eines Nachts ein
hellblaues Schimmern an der Decke, den Wänden und dann in der ganzen Wohnung
sah. Es wurde ein Experiment mit einer Neonlampe durchgefĂĽhrt, die zu leuchten
begann, indem sie die Strahlung fixierte. Danach bemerkte ich Personen, die mit
schweren, groĂźen Taschen aus der 3. Etage herunterkamen, sich in ein Auto
setzen und davonfuhren. Einmal war die Tasche offen, und ich konnte darin ein
Gerät sehen. Dann begann ich nachts, über mir in der 3. Etage, Personen
umherlaufen zu hĂren, das Ein- und Ausschalten und das Summen von Geräten und
Gespräche von Leuten. Mir kam der unerwartete Gedanke, daß meine Familie für
irgendwelche medizinischen Experimente ausgewählt worden war. Ich versuchte
mich in der 166. Polizeiabteilung zu beschweren. Daraufhin wurde ich in eine
psychiatrische Klinik gebracht. Dort wurde das Experiment nicht nur mit
Strahlengeräten fortgesetzt, sondern auch mit Psychopharmaka. Mir wurde
eingeredet, daĂź ich mich in einem Grenzzustand zwischen Gesundheit und
Krankheit befinde, und unbedingt geheilt werden muĂź. Das war im Juni 1987. Nach
diesem Einteilungsprinzip mĂĽĂźte man 90% der russischen BevĂlkerung in die
Psychiatrie verfrach-ten und heilen! Ich wandte mich um Hilfe an Vater und
Mutter, aber sie glaubten und verstanden ebenfalls nicht, so wie ich anfangs
auch, daĂź so etwas ĂĽberhaupt mĂglich ist. Meine Mutter, Vera Iwanowna
Salbijewa, war seit mehr als 50 Jahren Mitglied in der KPdSU, und Teilnehmerin
am Großen Vaterländischen Krieg. Die Experimentatoren fanden meine Eltern bald
und begannen sie ebenfalls zu bestrahlen. Anfangs spĂĽrten sie nichts, aber mit
der Zeit begannen sie ĂĽber Kopfschmerzen zu klagen, ĂĽber Schmerzen im
Brustkorb, in den Beinen, die anschwollen. UrplĂtzlich wurden sie von starker
Hitze erfaĂźt und standen vĂllig unter SchweiĂź.
Ich wuĂźte damals schon,
was mit ihnen vorgeht, aber ich wuĂźte nicht, wie ich ihnen und mir helfen
kĂnnte. Mein Ersuchen um Hilfe im Ministerium des Innern und im Komitee fĂĽr
Staatliche Sicherheit brachten mich jedesmal zum Psychiater. Einer von ihnen
drohte mir, daĂź ich –wenn ich nicht aufhĂre mich zu beschweren und meine
Rechte einzufordern- für immer im Psychiatriekrankenhaus „Kaschtschenko“
eingesperrt werde. Das Ende war wie folgt: Mein Vater, der an einer
Herzkrankheit litt, starb an einem Schlaganfall. Die angerufene Dringliche
Medizinische Hilfe lieĂź zwei Stunden auf sich warten. Meine Mutter hatte
mehrere Male angerufen. Der Notarzt erschien erst, als seine Hilfe nicht mehr
gebraucht wurde. Das war am 13. Mai 1991, als man dem Vater fĂĽr immer die Augen
schloĂź. Im Krankenhaus war er ebenfalls bestrahlt worden. Ich stellte das an
mir fest, als ich ihn in jenen Tagen dort besuchte. Meine Mutter versuchte man
in zwei bis drei Tagen durch einen schlagartigen Strahlenimpuls ins Herz dem
Vater hinterher zu schicken. Aber meine Mutter war ungeachtet ihres Alters (sie
ist Jahrgang 1910) ein starker Mensch. Sie hatte ein gesundes Herz, ĂĽber das
sie niemals klagte. Ich sah mich veranlaĂźt umzuziehen, um mit der Mutter zu
leben, weil ich glaubte, daĂź meine Anwesenheit die Hand der MĂrder zum Stehen
bringt, obwohl meine Mutter –wie auch der Vater- nach wie vor nicht an diese
ungesetzli-chen Handlungen glaubte. Aber zwei Jahre nach Vaters Tod starb sie
als vĂllig gesunder Mensch mit der Diagnose „im allgemeinen alles in der
Norm“. Acht Stunden vor dem Tod telefonierte sie mit der Ärztin aus der
Poliklinik Nr. 3, die sagte, daĂź bei ihr alles normal ist, auĂźer ein wenig
Sklerose und Schwäche. In Wahrheit war die Urinanalyse schlecht, weil ihr
zeitweise die rechte Niere bestrahlt worden war, wovon sich der Urin rot
färbte. Meine vierzehnjährige Tochter und ich hatten nach Bestrahlung der
Nieren und des Urogenitalsystems auch rot gefärbten Urin, und er war trübe.
Auf diese Weise starb sie plĂtzlich als praktisch gesunder und physisch starker
82jähriger Mensch, der gute Gesundheitswerte hatte.
Vor dem Tod wurde sie
aus der unteren Wohnung Nr. 107 mit einem Biogenerator so bestrahlt, daĂź der
Eindruck entstand, als ob das Bett „springt“ (vibriert). Die Mutter lag da
und stĂhnte, klagend mal ĂĽber Schmerzen in den Beinen, ĂĽber Schmerz in der
Leistengegend, dann wieder ĂĽber Schmerz in der Brust, im Kopf, an der
Schild-drüse, dann in der Wirbelsäule usw. Vor dem Tod wurde sie der
stärksten, totalen Bestrahlung ausgesetzt. Sie wurde auch aus der oberen
Wohnung bestrahlt. Das Gerät war in der Wohnung Nr. 113 über dem Tisch
angebracht. Dort saĂź auch der Operateur. Es wurde alles immer offener gemacht,
ohne Versuche, die Vorgänge zu verbergen. Das einzige, was sie versuchen zu
verbergen, sind ihre Verbrechergesichter, indem sie unter ganz normalen Leuten
tätig sind. Die Messungen der Strahlung, die bei Mutters Krankheit
durchgeführt wurden, bekräftigen den Tod durch Bestrahlung. Sich in dieser
Zeit in der Umgebung der Mutter aufzuhalten, war äußerst gefährlich für mich
und die Tochter. Wir verloren schnell die Orientierung, und mit dem Kopf ging
irgendetwas Befremdliches vor sich. Die Mutter starb am 27. Juni 1993. Ich habe
Grund anzunehmen, daĂź Vaters und Mutters Tod beschleunigt wurde, damit unsere
Wohnung frei wird, weil auĂźer ihnen niemand auf die Wohnung Anspruch hatte.
Jetzt sind meine vierzehnjährige Tochter Nastja und ich die Objekte der
psychotronen Beeinflussungen. Ich werde bereits zehn Jahre bestrahlt. Ich
–früher ein absolut gesunder Mensch- verliere mit jedem Tag ein Stück
Gesundheit, weil die Intensität der Bestrahlung zunimmt. Mir tun die
MilchdrĂĽsen weh, das Urogenitalsystem, alle inneren Organe, einschlieĂźlich das
Herz. Auf mein Leben fand eine Serie von Mordanschlägen statt, sowohl auf der
StraĂźe als auch zu Hause, wenn mit einem Strahlenimpuls in den Magen geschlagen
wurde, um mich zu vernichten. Meine Zähne sind inzwischen verdorben, und es
entstehen häufig Entzündungen, gegen die ich täglich ankämpfen muß.
Wiederholt wurde auf mein Gehirn eingewirkt, indem der Verlust der Orientierung,
starker Kopfschmerz und KoordinationsstĂrungen in den Bewegungen hervorgerufen
wurden, und auch Fieber.
Meine Tochter begannen sie ab November 1990 zu
bestrahlen, als sie noch keine 12 Jahre alt war, und eine schwache Einwirkung
läuft seit 1984. Oft wurde sie zum Weinen gebracht, durch Hervorrufen von
Schmerz und Erstarren einzelner KĂrperteile und des Kopfes. Und jetzt wird sie
zwecks Vernichtung mit einem Psycho-trongerät bearbeitet. Ihr wird der
Magen-Darm-Trakt bestrahlt, die Leber, das Herz, die Gallenblase, die
Milchdrüsen, und ständig der Kopf, die Schilddrüse, die Beine (oft
dieGelenke), das Urogenitalsystem, und die Gebärmutter (indem ein Orgasmus
erzeugt wird). Die Bestrahlung hat eine solche Kraft, daĂź aus den
Geschlechtsorganen Blut austritt. Durch Radiofrequenzbestrahlung wird bei ihr in
der Schule im Unterricht, in Ăffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Hause starke
MĂĽdigkeit erzeugt.
Die Einwirkung auf mich und meine Tochter geht komplex
vor sich: Einmal die Einwirkung durch das Psychotrongerät, dann mit Gas über
die Ventilation und Rohre sowie mit chemischen Mitteln. Mit Gasen vergiftet man
uns ständig -morgens, tagsüber und abends- indem eine Allergie, eine
SchleimhautentzĂĽndung im Nasen-Rachenraum, Schnupfen und Husten (oft mit Blut)
erzeugt wird. Die Gase haben unterschiedlichen Geruch oder sie sind geruchlos.
Es ist Schwefelwasserstoff in sehr hoher Konzentration, ein Gas mit
Knoblauch-geruch (in den ersten Jahren der Bestrahlung). Dann
„Faulbeerbaum,“ ein Gas, das von Spezialabteilungen zur Unterdrückung von
Aufruhr, EmpĂrung und Unruhen in Gefängnissen verwendet wird. Und wenn eine
Wirkung auf die Bindehaut der Augen und den Nasen-Rachenraum zu spĂĽren ist,
dann ist es ein sĂĽĂźliches oder ein geruchloses Gas.
Zu den chemischen
Mitteln: Das ist ein rosa oder rosa-fliederähnlicher Farbstoff, der einerseits
zum Kenn-zeichnen dient, weil man damit Teile der Wohnung markiert, die
Zimmergrenzen, das Toilettenbecken, und auch den Schlafplatz des Menschen, auf
den man einwirkt, die Kleidung, die Bettwäsche usw. Andererseits wirkt dieser
Farbstoff auf die Haut und auf die Schleimhäute, indem er verschiedene
Hautkrankheiten , EntzĂĽndungen der Bindehaut der Augen und des
Nasen-Rachenraums bewirkt. Ein anderer Stoff –von der Farbe einer Meereswelle-
ist sehr giftig.
Da alle meine Hilfegesuche an die BehĂrden eine negative
Reaktion hervorriefen und den Wunsch, mich in ein Psychiatriekrankenhaus zu
bringen, sah ich mich gezwungen, mich um Hilfe an das Moskauer Komitee fĂĽr
WohnĂkologie zu wenden.

I am a victim
of Targeted, Directed Energy Weapons and Mind Control from Russia
I was
born on the 11th of February 1963 in Krasnoyarsk. I have a higher education and
I finished Petersburg Agrarian University of economic faculty. In 1965 my family
and I have moved to live to Krasnoyarsk , where I lived with my parents till
1980. Then I studied at the University in Saint Petersburg.
In 1970 my
family felt an irradiation in Krasnoyarsk . My father Slipets Ivan Markovich
worked as an engineer, my mother Slipets Valentine Jakovlevna, as a chemist, but
she worked as an engineer of technology. Slipets family was remained without
means to existence and destroyed .
Since 1981 I worked and studied at
the university. Now I work as a bookkeeper. Concerning an irradiation of my
family I sent complaints to various State Institutions, but I’ve received only
formal replies. (see appendix 4).
As a result of a long irradiation and
application of chemistry I’ve received the following diseases: a sick of
gall-bladder, crack of Đ°nalnom aperture, burn of genitals. I also have
increased a hump, changes of thyroid gland, a tumour of dairy gland,
deterioration of sight, a sick of veins. There is a testimony of irradiation in
my apartment (see appendix 1.)
The exposed facts are evidence of
systematic violation of rights of the Russian citizens, ecocide, intentional
damage to health, torment, torture, unsanctioned experiments on humans and
infraction of International Convention. the article 2. proclaims the right to
the life, the article 3. protects from tortures and inhuman treatment, the
article 8. proclaims the respect for personal life and inviolability of
dwelling.

Rybin Pyotr Lukich: born September 4, 1929, in village Novoe
Berezovo, Kaverinsky District of Ryazan Region. Education secondary, laborer,
worked from 1942 through 1990. At present retired pensioner.
Rybina
Alexandra Fillipovna: born August 22, 1935, in village Gayury, Prohorovsky
District of Kursk Region. Education secondary, laborer, residing in Moscow since
1953, worked from 1953 through 1990; at present, retired pensioner.
The
Rybins family is subject to radiation since 1960. In 1991, the Rybins spouses, by demand of the 136-th Militia
Precinct, were put, in absentia, under psychiatric control at Psycho Narcologic
Outpatient Institution Number 13. The Human Rights Commission, to which the
Rybins complained, solicited explanations. The case was considered in court, but
the Rybins were not released from psychiatric control (v. Annex 1). The long
term technogenic radiation has caused to the Rybins the following
ailments:-
Rybina A.F.: diabetes; injury of the facial nerve and prolapse
of the left side of the face; prolapse of the uterus; deformation of the feet;
hernia; ectomy of the gallbladder; burns; cataract; hypertension; cardiac
ailment; cholecystitis; blisters; exsudation; swellings “of obscure etiology”,
all confirmed by medical certificates and photographs (v. Annex 5,
8).
Rybin P.L.: diabetes, burns sexual limb and hands, cataract, hernia,
cuts of the feet, adenoma prostatit, illness of the kidney (v. Annex
4,8)
The Rybins son, Rybin V.P., has been thrice interned, without good
reason, in psychiatric hospitals, although in 1978-1980 he served in the army as
a sound man. He served three prison terms, then was deprived of his home and
Moscow residence registration. At present he is a hobo without means of support
or medical assistance, still undergoing war medicine experiments. The ulcer on
his leg, resulting from a radiation, is shown on a photograph.(v. Annex
6,)
In order to exert psychological and material pressure on the Rybin
family, in 1991 their dacha was burned down. The dacha was insured, but Gosstrah
didn’t compensate the damage (v. Annex 2). Their car was taken apart, the parts
stolen; an aimed ray broke a window and crystal tableware in a
cupboard.
There are protocols of measurements made in Rybins’ apartment
that confirm the presence of technogenic radiation; treatment of the apartment,
furniture, household appliances and belongings with chemical preparations; a
sample of fabric with specific chemical substances.(v. Annex 7)
The
Rybins have complained of the radiation to different Government Institutions,
but got no response. On April 1, 2002 they filed plaint at the District
Procurator’s Office. The Procurator’s Office relegated their plaint to the
«Chertanovo Yuzhnoe»District Department of the Interior and the South Okrug of
Moscow’s Sanitary and Epidemiologic Control Agency (v. Annex 3). As usual,
nothing was done, only the Rybins got token responses. So they filed suit in
connection with the law enforcement institutions’inaction. District Court Judge
Ivleva E.V. made a number of token writs to evade a court hearing of the case.
THE MOSCOW HOUSING ECOLOGY COMMITTEE
gathered all the judge’s token writs and filed a plaint at the Moscow City
Court. The Moscow City Court subpoenaed the District Court to hear the Rybins’
case, but the subpoena fell once more into the hands of the same Judge Ivleva
E.V., who started all over again. This time, a plaint against Judge Ivleva
E.V.‘s actions was addressed to the president of Moscow City’s Qualification
College of Judges, but another token response came from him.
The above
facts are evidence of systematic violation of RF citizens’ rights, of
intentional damage to health, abuse, torture, unsanctioned experiments inflicted
on humans; the impossibility of defending one’s right to life and health in an
impartial and independent court; the violation of International Convention
Arts.: 2 – Right to life; 3 – protection from abuse and inhuman treatment; 6 –
right to fair judgment; 8 – respect of privacy of life and
home.

My
terrible Story Moscow,

I was born on the 12th of April 1972 in Moscow.
I have
been a victim of Mcrowave and Pychotropic Weapons and of the Psychoterror State
since the Spring of 2007.
These tortures and ill-treatments have been
going on for many years now and started at exactly the same time as the terror
situation undergone by my friend Arina D. who lives in Germany.
In 1999
strangers repeatedly attempted to break into my apartment in Moscow. Even after
my complaint at the police station, the crimes are going on until the present
day. Once the criminals attempted to force my apartment-door open at 5 o' clock
in the morning, while I was sleeping. After that, I had to appeal to the police
again. On both occasions, the district policeman categorically refused to
consider my statement and tried to convince me that those crimes had been
committed by young people. After that he promised me to have a talk with them.
Since the year 2000 these State Criminals have started to chase me and watch me,
attempting to take revenge on me, because I had asked for the police assistance
. It turned out that “these young criminals” lived in the same house and were
part of a dangerous criminal group protected by the Secret Services. The
district policeman knew about this, but he did not inform me. Once I had to
leave my previous apartment. During the removal my car had been shadowed. Now
they are openly stalking me everywhere: in my house, on the workplace, at my
parents' and my friends'. The criminals knew exactly where I worked and lived
and did not let me out of their sight. They frequently waited for me in my
door-entry and I already knew their faces personally. They tried several times
to stab me with a knife in the house-entrance. I have fortunately survived,
surely because God is protecting me!
In spite of the whole nightmare I
managed to survive. I got married after my college years and I dedicated myself
to an interesting work. I thought if I moved to the other part of Moscow, then
the criminals would finally leave me in peace. But they kept attacking me as
before.
In 2006 my grandfather died and since that moment, the criminals
have started to commit their brutal crimes intensely. They used the pressure and
intimidation methods, once applied in the totalitarian state: psycho-terror from
the neighbors and a friend who tried to help me got threatened. A girl who lived
in my building and tried to warn me about a murder attempt was beaten up and
raped by the criminals in her own house. Since 2006 I continuously kept lodging
complaints at the District Police Station, at the Public Prosecutor's Office,
and at the Department of the Interior of Russia. My complaints were sent back to
the district department of the Strogino police which has until the present time
hidden the case of the girl's rape by the criminals. The Officers of the Police
Department behaved as if nothing had happened. In November 2006, immediately
after a common request from the neighbors to protect the girl from the violent
criminals, I was under constraint sent to the Psychiatric Hospital by the
officers of the police department.
They have started to irradiate me in
Germany in a friend's house since the spring of 2007, literally before the
departure to Moscow. I felt the irradiation immediately. The symptoms are quite
typical of this kind of crime and they completely coincide with other victims'
symptoms.
First of all I had dizzy spells, nausea and strong headaches.
But when I came back home in Moscow, they began to attack me with Psychotropic
Weapons. German and Moscow criminals attempted together to repeatedly manipulate
my willpower, break me, make me “psycho-sick” and drive me to suicide. And until
now they are exerting a strong mental influence on me. I frequently have
unpleasant "drilling" sensation in the back of my head and in the neck. In
addition to that, there are heart pains. The criminals can artificially create
painful shocks, so that the victim would continuously go to the doctor and would
appear insane. Pains immediately disappear in the doctor`s room on a regular
basis. And you are naturally regarded as an insane person. I have learned to
ignore the pains, which the criminals create artificially. Such tortures will
not certainly disappear without leaving a trace on me. I still was perfectly
healthy the year before I had the irradiation. The mental torture committed by
the criminals has greatly impaired my health.
In the spring of 2007, I
went to my friend's place in Germany to rest a little. But I could not rest
there either. However, from the first day of my stay in her house, I realized
that my friend is not delirious, and that we are in the same situation. Since
2000 she has also gone through the constant ill-treatment from the part of the
German Criminal Services. These gangsters left Russia once and moved to live in
Germany to test microwave and psychotropic weapons on innocent German citizens.
Many people have never heard about those things and they cannot even imagine
that they can possibly exist. The criminals have left my friend in peace in
Germany at the moment and are now having a real go at me. I am now the witness
of crimes of criminal groups both in Moscow and Germany, which are working
together to test Psychotropic Weapons on German and Russian citizens.
I
am writing my story under the complete control of the Psychotropic Terrorists.
The Great Patriotic War was not so long as the Psychoptropic War, in which I
have to fight. And I will continue my combat against these monstrous crimes and
Psychotropic Terrorists.
When many of my friends found out that I am a

People get false information from the Secret Service and they have been
programmed “not to believe” us.
Because of the everyday mobbing I had to
change workplace and must now live under hard complicated conditions. Still,
there are people who have known me since I was a child, and they believe me and
help me. During all these years I have seen and experienced a lot of terrible
things.
I have understood how the state can degrade, torture and pitilessly
destroy its own people. And when victims do not complain, no one will help them!
The whole country is under the yoke of the state Mafia which keeps people in
fear. The citizens and the children of Russia are regularly ill-treated and
tortured in their own apartments and houses. And yet, every citizen has indeed a
right to freedom.
The facts presented in my story are a testimony of the
systematic violation of the rights of the citizens of the Russian Federation.
The deliberate undermining of my health, the constant ill-treatment and
tortures, the use of illegal experiments on me go against the articles of the
international convention: article 2. “The right of citizens to life”,
article 3. “The right of citizens to protection from tortures and inhuman
treatment”, article 8. “The right of citizens to inviolability of their
personal life and dwelling".

My name is Torin Sergei. I
was born on the 7th August 1982 and for two years I have been subjected to
directed irradiation, torture and manipulation by some unknown criminals. This
daily torture is constantly on the increase, and so now I am desperately asking
for help and advice.
1) To whom can I turn to, in order to gain help in
eliminating this psychological impact and constant irradiation of my brain and
body.
2) How can I get an indictment against these criminals, according
to the article VI of federal law concerning illegal use of weapons from
13.12.1996 according to article III, which cause intentional bodily harm,
according to the federal law 150 and article 117, which are violations against
the law of the Russian Federation. Also necessary is a court action for
compensation for moral damages.
These criminals have given me clearly to
understand that my entire life as well as all of my actions are constantly under
their control, torturing me whenever they feel the need to do so.
These
unknown perpetrators read my thoughts, which means they are constantly informed
of my intentions.
Frequently, when I am holding a telephone conversation
with friends or relatives, they try indirectly to make it clear to me, that they
are also aware of my thoughts and of my intentions, even though I have never
informed them before hand.
At my last place of employment in a Moscow
commercial company, I frequently became aware, that thought reading was in
progress, as when I was sitting in a conference, some of the leaders of the
company would get a telephone call, precisely at that moment when clear thoughts
entered into my head, hence causing a thought blockage.
Often, I was
confronted by doubles of people in public transport, in places of leisure and on
the street, whom I had known many years ago. Quite often I used to hear familiar
voices during telephone conversations but with a change in modulation. This has
lasted for more than half a year or may be earlier without my knowledge. I
suspect that my dreams are being induced or read, because the following day, I
do notice people whom I have already visualised in my dreams. They seem to place
themselves in a certain position, in order to for me to recognise
them.
Manipulation at the traffic light
At the end of August 2007
I had read an article about psychophysical terror on the web:
http://natalyapolovko.narod.ru/4001.html. At a certain place in the text I then
stopped as I had to go out to do some shopping. Before crossing the road, I
watched the red traffic light, which didn’t seem to change. In this instant the
green traffic light came into view although the red light was still on. I cannot
explain, why but I then turned my head to the side and took a few steps
forwards. In that moment I realised that I had made a mistake and quickly jumped
back to where I had been standing. I was unable to explain why I had taken
several steps forward and I cannot recall ever having had such an experience
before. I was very worried about this when I returned home. I actually read a
book about these tricks of psycho manipulation which is entitled “Traffic Light”
It was quite obvious, that these perpetrators had carried out experiments upon
me, using all of their dirty tricks which I had also read about on the
internet.
I appear to have been manipulated quite often, even in my
decisions. At first it seemed very strange to me or even like a pure coincidence
until I realised that it was happening frequently. It gave me a feeling of
complete apathy at all times and caused great uncertainty for my future.
Recently I was under such pressure, which, of course, affected my general state
of health in a very bad way. Since August 2006 I have been permanently
irradiated with psycho physical weapons.
1) I can hear voices of known or
unknown people, who then call “hallo” and they have even swear at me.
2) I
frequently hear the voices inside of my head, however, no one else can hear
these sounds. They do cause insomnia and disrupt my nerves tremendously.
3)
Sometimes when I am in deep thought, I can hear the voice of a definite person,
but it means nothing to me. After several seconds, I my logical chain of
thoughts concerning this particular person are concluded. It is clear to me that
my further intentions are known by these perpetrators.
4) I can only assume,
that my brain is connected to a computer, which is able to decipher my whole
thought process as well as my intentions and which is capable of injecting
thoughts into my mind against my will. It seems that my memory, my wishes and
all the corners of my soul are being manipulated. I constantly develop a very
repulsive feeling, when I realise that my thoughts are being read and that
someone is trying to take over control of my sub-conscience mind. Quite often
parts of my body (head, hands or legs) begin to twitch, accompanied by voices.
It seems they want to make me very aggressive, trying to demonstrate that I am
under their complete control along with stings in the back and
abdomen.
Once I experienced an acoustic impact in the heart region,
causing an irregular heartbeat for a short period of time. Sometimes I suffer
from an electrical current passing through my body. I began to feel this torture
after reading through various summaries of victims on the internet.
At
the end of April, 2006, I suddenly developed dimness in my right eye. Several
days later I went to see an ophthalmologist in the Meramed Clinic in Moscow, who
diagnosed thrombosis in the central vein of the retina of the eye. He stated,
that this diagnosis is very rare, especially for young people of my age. After
the prescribed medicine did not alleviate my condition, I continued treatment in
the Helmholtz Clinic in Moscow. After several months my eyesight deteriorated,
leading to a glaucoma of the right eye and subsequently to blindness. In order
to alleviate the pain, I was periodically operated on. Laser treatment and
ocular drops were prescribed. I then developed constant pain, especially in the
genitals.
THE MOSCOW COMMITTEE FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS,
conduct investigations into the cases of non-contact terror, using special
equipment for detecting the mental effects. There have been many applications
for tracking down the perpetrators in the Moscow areas of Selenograd,
Medwedkowo, Tschertanowo and Perwoaiskij, etc.
The Moscow Committee entered
statements on this subject from the inhabitants of the above-mentioned areas in
1992.
I beg you to assist me in stopping this most inhuman
torture.

graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute, Radio Engineer, Technical Sciences
Candidate. From 1959 to 1992 employed at VPK enterprises in accordance with her
specialization. At present, working and a member of the MOSCOW HOUSING ECOLOGY COMMITTEE. Awarded a
medal and written recognitions for long years of work. Was Master of Sports in mountain climbing, repeatedly
Champion of Moscow; mountain
climbing and mountain skiing instructor.(Annex 1)
Since 1979 her family
is being treated with Technogenic Weapons, which in 1981 killed her mother.
Tretiakova T.V. has pleaded with various Government Institutions, but the
results are nulll. In spring of 1982, in retaliation for her complaint against
radiation, Tretiakova T.V. was forcefully, interned in a Psychiatric Hospital
and registered at Psycho-Neurological Outpatient Institution N17. In December
1982 she supported her Candidate thesis and during summer vacations continued
working in the capacity of instructor at mountain climbing camps.
Tretiakovas psychiatric
supervision, was discontinued on grounds of references submitted by her employer
and the Mountain Climbers Federation. In 1994, when, Tretiakova T.V. filed with
the Procurator Generels Office a plaint concerning the radiation, an attempt was
made to resume supervision by the district PNOI. Only the MOSCOW HOUSEHOLD ECOLOGY COMMITTEES
intervention prevented this.
Radiation inflicted during long years has
provoked in Tretiakova T.V. a number of chronic ailments: pathology of the lungs. ear, throat, nose; of the
digestive tract and kidneys; vascular and blood; eye; articulatory and spinal; a hunch grown by technogenic means; pathology of the sexual organs resulting
from a technogenic sex program.(Annex 2,3 ,7, 8).
Tretiakova T.V.s son,
Tretiakov Mikhail
Nikolayevich, graduated from
MHTU Mendeleev with a «red» (all excellent mark) diploma. A skier and Moscov
Prise winner, mountain climber. Tretiakov M.N. repeatedly underwent examinations
by medical commissions while engaging in sports and in connection with Army
service. None found any irregularities in his health condition .
But back
in 1996, because of extremely
intense radiation, he came down with the following chronic ailments:
hepatitis<of obscure aetiology, cholecystopancreatitis, gastritis, dyskinesia
of bile ducts, hemorroid, inguinal, lymphodenit, etc..
There are
protocols of measurements conducted at the Tretiakoves apartment, confirming the
presence of technogenic radiation and treatment of the apartment with chemicals.
Further occurrences of moral, physical and material terror to which the
Tretiakovs have been subject during long years of technogenic experiments
conducted over them are adduced in the preventive acts.(Annex 4,5,6,7).
Photographs present a record of marks left by binary weapons when
Tretiakova T.V.s visceral were bombarded, and of her back with its technogenous
hunch. Similar marks are present on
a fragment of fabric from Tretiakov M.N.s garment and bed -clothes.
On December 10, 2002 the
Moscow City Tushino District Court passed a decision to order the Prosecutor’s
Office to initiate a criminal case and investigate the case of radiation being inflicted on Tretiakova T.Y.s
family. Nevertheless, the Procurators Office is ignoring the court decision, and
the radiation continues.(Annex 2).
The exposed facts are evidence of
systematic violation of RUSSIAN FEDERATION’S citizens rights, intentional damage
to health, torment, torture, unsanctioned experiments on humans, and violation
of International Convention Arts,
2- Right to life, 3- to protection from torture and inhuman treatment, 8-respect
for privacy of life and home.

I am a victim
of Targeted, Directed Energy Weapons And Mind Control from Russia.
I was
born on the 30th of March, 1945 in Moscow. I have a supreme education and ended
the Industrial School In Stroganovsk. From 1967 to 1992 I worked in the
decorative - design combine of Art. Now I work as an artist.
In 1988 I
felt the steady impacts of irradiation on my brain and the head. Thus the
physical and moral terrorism is carried out: tortures by a sleeplessness, the
painful sensations, the full control of consciousness, attempt to change the
person. In 1990 I was sent to the Psychiatric Hospital.
In March, 1995 I
sent the complaint to the President and Minister of Defence, but I have not
received answers too. The Federal Security Service refused to consider my
application with the reference, that they are not engaged with these questions.
The claim to the Ministry of Defence on the fact of the stark irradiation was
not accepted by regional court because of absence of proofs. Repeatedly I sent
the complaint to the COORDINATION
COUNCIL OF THE MOSCOW INFORMATION CENTRE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, which helped me
and supported me.
In December, 1992 I was operated three times. These
three operations were not wrote down in a medical card. The seam under the rib
from the right side is seen on the photo. After these operations I’ve got the
second group of physical inability. There are certificates of gaugings
radiations in my apartment the facts testify to regular infringement of rights
of the citizen of the Russian Federation:

Zybina
N.P. is irradiated since 1974. First began feel itself badly: headaches, a
nausea, weariness, were sick eyes.
Zybina N.P has addressed with the complaint to an irradiation in
the Moscow Office of Public Prosecutor, and the Office of Public Prosecutor has
answered, that it is necessary to address to the psychiatrist. Addressed in the
Mayoralty there came the commission, has lead (carried out) gaugings, but Zybina
N.P.'s written answer has not received. In 1992 on Zybina N.P.'s Red area has
approached to militia with the request to pass(miss) to deputies, but the
militia has caused first aid and Zybinu N.P. have sent in Psychiatric Hospital
and have put on the Psychiatric Account.
In 1993 under the petition of
the deputy - journalist it was struck off the register (v. the appendix 1)
Before this Zybina N.P. has passed the independent commission, that she is
healthy.
However in 1995
Zybina N.P in absentia it was again put on the Psychiatric Account.
As a result of long. Zybina N.P.'s irradiations has received the
following diseases: diszikulaytornay inzelofapatiy, chronic tireodit, a chronic
rhinitis, an otitis, a bronchitis, imfizema easy, отслоение retinas, ostigmatizm, a cataract, an
atherosclerosis of vessels, artroz tazobedrenogo a joint, an osteochondrosis and
