SUMMARY REPORT OF THE MEETING AT THE EUROPARLIAMENT

Summary report of the meeting with Mr. Andrew Reed, assistant to Mr. Nigel Farage, MEP, from UKIP ( United Kingdom Independence Party and Democracy) on July 8th, 2008 in the Europarliament Low Building in Strasbourg, France, from 1.45 p.m to 3.10 p.m.

DEMOCRACY IN SEVERE CRISIS

Our chat with Mr Andrew Reed could be summed up with the above title. Unfortunately, the delegation of the Strasbourg demonstration, Mrs.Swetlana Schunin and myself,Walter Madliger could not speak to Mr. Nigel Farage, MEP, personally but he came by for a short while, just to greet us. Mr. Andrew Reed not only confirmed the title of this article, but he was also critical of the EU policy, whose relationship with the citizens is, generally, too impersonal.
He explained the mechanisms of political power and their influences on democracy. He gave us an outline of the abuse of power which is easily possible in a democracy and is more and more widespread. This, of course, is very alarming.

The abuse of power is the essence of moral evil. Moral evil occurs, when the authorities refuse to accept the responsibility for the welfare of those who are logically under their care. When there is no close relationship with the citizens, moral evil and tort are common practice. The abuse of power is the telltale sign of democracies in crisis. We are governed by a distant political elite,which has lost all contact with the people.

Nobody than we, the victims of mindcontrol and electronic harassment , could have agreed more. While Mr. Andrew Reed tried to make us understand his position and his problems, we tried to get a word in and present our own problems. He asked about the whys and wherefores of this control of the psyche, when it had occured and how it had impacted on us.

We gave him a few examples and an update of psychophysical means and weapons, and of the existing laws on their misuse. He took down notes of all this. In my opinion , he was very well aware of all these means and weapons, and even of the laws, but he did not show how much aware he was. He also seemed to let us understand he has very scarce knowledge of the HAARP issue and the EU-Resolution A4-0005/99, although the UK is one of the most important states, which have participated in the similar EISCAT installations in Norway.

He made no comments on our allegations that England used mindcontrol technology in the Northern Ireland Conflict and in the island itself, e.g.in Greenham Commons in 1988. We talked about the development and the proliferation of Non-lethal Weapons and the international symposia in Ettlingen, Germany.

When we asked him about a possible specific reaction of the EU-Parliament to the problems under discussion, (e.g. in the form of a specific EU-resolution), he could not promise us that he would be able to organize and form a subcommittee for this purpose, nor even a subcommittee for the investigation of our allegations and complaints.

The assenting votes of quite a few delegates would be needed and the party's fraction in the EU-Parliament would just be a bit too small. Whether this statement was 100% true, I doubt a bit, as the overall number of the so-called “eurosceptics” fraction amounts to 37 ,to the best of my knowledge.

In other words, a specific EU-Resolution regarding mindcontrol means and electronic harassment weapons is not yet in sight. Apparently, there is some “understanding” of our complaints, but in the end nobody is willing to really do something about it.

The question we have to ask ourselves is what will everything be like, if we ask the politicians and the governments to forbid and stop the use of the weapons in question on human beings.They are, right now, lining their pockets with a quick profit, they are, right now, making their dictatorial dreams come true . So who wants to kill the goose that lays the golden egg?

At the end of the meeting, we handed out information material to Mr. Andrew Reed ( books of Jim Keith and Heiner Gehring and additional info-material, the Smirnov-DVD ). It remains to be seen whether or not Mr. Reed will have a look at them . When we pointed out that the fate and the whole future of our children are at stake, Mr Reed agreed and was quite impressed.

Comment:

At least, the European Parliament has now been informed by a first hand source. Now, they know that there exist citizens who want to fight for the issue and for their most fundamental Human Rights. This issue and that of getting the delegates to support our cause should now be our major goal.

Bericht über das Treffen im Parlament

Resumee der Besprechung mit Herrn Andrew Reed, Assistent von Herrn Nigel Farage, MEP, von der UKIP ( Unabhängigkeitspartei und Demokratie von Grossbritannien ), am Dienstag, den 8. Juli 2008 im LOW –Gebäude des EP, in Strassbourg, Frankreich, von 13:45 bis 15:10 Uhr.

DIE DEMOKRATIE IN EINER ERNSTHAFTEN KRISE

Mit diesem Schlagwort könnte die Unterredung charakterisiert werden. Unglücklicherweise konnte sich die Delegation der Strasbourger Manifestation ( Frau Swetlana Schunin und Herr Walter Madliger ) nicht mit Herrn Nigel Farage, MEP, unterhalten. Dieser kam nur kurz vorbei, um uns zu begrüßen.

Herr Andrew Reed bestätigte dieses Schlagwort nicht nur wegen dem kürzlich erfolgten, negativen Ausgang der Abstimmung in Irland über die Lissabon-Konvention der EU, sondern auch ganz generell über die Art und Weise des Regierens durch die EU, bei welchem die EU die notwendige Nähe zum Bürger vermissen lässt. Der Britische Gentleman machte sich Gedanken über unser Thema, indem er uns teilweise die Mechanismen der Machtpolitik und ihren Einflüssen auf die Demokratie näher brachte.

Er umriss den Machtmissbrauch in einer Demokratie, der dort ebenso leicht und ebenso oft möglich ist, wie in jeder anderen Form der gesellschaftlichen Organisation. Dies ist natürlich sehr beunruhigend.
Machtmissbrauch ist der illegitime Gebrauch von Macht, die Essenz des moralisch Bösen. Moralisch Böses entsteht, wenn es die Autorität ablehnt, die Verantwortung für das Wohlergehen von denjenigen zu übernehmen, die natürlicherweise unter ihrer Obhut stehen.

Wenn die Nähe zur Bürgerschaft fehlt, kommt es viel öfters zu moralisch Bösem und zu unerlaubten Handlungen. Der Machtmissbrauch ist das Erkennungszeichen von Demokratien, die sich in einer Krise befinden.
Wir werden durch eine weit entfernte politische Elite regiert, eine „Classe politique“, die den Kontakt zu ihren Bürgern verloren hat.
Niemand anderes als wir, die Opfer der Bewusstseinskontrolle und der elektronischen Beeinträchtigung, hätten all dem mehr zustimmen können.

Während Herr Andrew Reed uns seine Lage und seine Probleme klar zu machen versuchte, versuchten wir, ihn zu unterbrechen und mit unseren Problemen zu konfrontieren. Er fragte nach den Mechanismen und der Weise dieser psychischen und physischen Kontrolle und Beeinflussung und der Art, wie sie auf uns einwirkt.

Wie gaben ihm hierzu ein paar Beispiele und ein Update über die psychophysischen Geräte und Waffen, die bestehenden wichtigen Gesetze dazu und er notierte sich dies alles. Meiner Meinung nach , war ihm dies alles schon bekannt, auch die Gesetze, obwohl er natürlich dies nicht zeigte. Er gab sogar vor, nur sehr wenig Kenntnis vom HAARP Problem und der EU- Resolution A4-000/99 zu haben, obwohl das Vereinigte Königreich einer der wichtigsten Teilnehmerstaaten an den ähnlichen EISCAT Installationen in Norwegen ist.

Er enthielt sich auch einer Stellungnahme, als wir behaupteten, dass die Technologie der Bewusstseinskontrolle schon im Nordirland-Konflikt oder auf der britischen Insel selbst, z.B. in Greenham Commons 1988, angewandt wurde. Wie sprachen ebenfalls über die Entwicklung und die Proliferation von Nicht-letalen Waffen und die entsprechenden internationalen Symposien in Ettlingen, Deutschland.

Als wir ihn über mögliche spezifische Reaktionen des EU Parlamentes auf die diskutierten Probleme befragten, z. B. in Form einer spezifischen EU-Resolution, konnte er uns NICHT versprechen, einen Unterausschuss ( Subcommittee) zu diesem Zweck bilden zu können.

NICHT einmal einen Ausschuss zur Untersuchung unserer Behauptungen und Beschwerden. Dazu würden die zustimmenden Stellungnahmen von ziemlich vielen Abgeordneten des EP benötigt und hierzu sei die Fraktion seiner Partei im EP zu klein.

Ich zweifle etwas an der 100% Richtigkeit dieser Erklärung, denn die Fraktion der sogenannten „ Euroskeptiker“ beträgt immerhin 37 Mitglieder im EP. In anderen Worten, eine spezifische EU-Resolution die Bewusstseinskontrolle und die elektronische Beeinträchtigung betreffend, steht noch NICHT in Aussicht.

Es scheint ein gewisses „Verständnis“ für unsere Beschwerden zu bestehen, doch schlussendlich ist niemand willens, wirklich etwas dagegen zu unternehmen.

Wir müssen uns daher fragen: Wie sollten sie auch, wenn wir sie fragen, diese Waffen zu ächten und deren Gebrauch zu stoppen, wenn sie für jeden Politiker doch die Erfüllung ihrer (diktatorischen ) Träume bedeuten ? Wer würde schon die Gans schlachten wollen, die verspricht, goldene Eier zu legen?

Am Ende der Besprechung übergaben wir Herrn Andrew Reed noch Informationsmaterial ( Bücher von Jim Keith und Heiner Gehring, zusätzliche Unterlagen, die Smirnow - DVD ). Die Zeit wird zeigen, ob er diese anschauen und zu Rate ziehen wird. Als wir weiterhin feststellten, dass das Schicksal unserer Zukunft, unserer Kinder, auf dem Spiel steht, musste Herr Reed zustimmen und schien beeindruckt.

Kommentar: Wenigstens wurde das Europäische Parlament nun aus erster Hand informiert. Und dort ist nun bekannt, dass es Bürger gibt, die für das Thema, ihre Grundrechte und die Menschenrechte zu kämpfen bereit sind. Das und das Gewinnen von Delegierten für unsere Sache sollten nun unsere wichtigsten Ziele sein.

СООБЩЕНИЕ О ВСТРЕЧЕ В ПАРЛAМЕНТЕ

с господином Эндрю Ридом, помощником господина Найгеля Фэрэджа, MEP, от UKIP (Независимая Демократическая Партия Обьединенного Королевства) 8 июля 2008 года в Европарламенте, в «Low Building» в Страсбурге, Франция, с 1.45 до 3.10.

ДЕМОКРАТИЯ НАХОДИТСЯ В СЕРЬЕЗНОМ КРИЗИСЕ

Наш разговор с господином Эндрю Ридом можно было соотнести с вышеупомянутым названием.
К сожалению, делегация Страсбургской демонстрации в составе госпожи Светланы Шунин и меня, Вальтера Мадлигера не смогла поговорить лично с господином Найгелем Фэрэджем, MEP, но он все-таки заглянул на короткое время, для того чтобы поприветствовать нас.

Господин Эндрю Рид не только подтвердил название этой статьи, но он был также критически настроен по отношению к политике Европейского Сообщества, которая является вообще не совсем открытой по отношению к гражданам. Он объяснил механизмы политической власти и их влияние на демократию. Он схематично описал нам злоупотребления властью, которые вероятно легко и все больше и больше широко внедряются в демократию. Это, конечно, очень тревожно. Злоупотребление властью является сущностью морального зла. Моральное зло происходит тогда, когда власти отказываются принимать ответственность за благосостояние тех, кто находится естественно под их заботой. Когда нет никакого близкого отношения с гражданами, тогда моральное зло и нарушение правовых законов является обычной практикой. Злоупотребление властью является контрольным признаком кризиса демократических государств. Нами управляет отдаленная политическая элита, которая потеряла полный контакт с людьми. Никто кроме нас, жертв контроля разума и электронного преследования, возможно, не согласились бы с этим .

В то время как господин Эндрю Рид попытался заставить нас понять его положение и его проблемы, мы попытались замолвить слово и представить наши проблемы. Он спрашивал о подробностях этого контроля психики, когда это произошло и как это воздействовало на нас. Мы привели ему несколько примеров и доказательств психофизического средства и оружия и существующие законы с их неправильным употреблением. Он все это записал. Я думаю, что он очень хорошо знал обо всех этих средствах и оружии, и даже законах, но он не показал, насколько он был осведомлен. Он также, казалось, дал нам понимать, что у него есть совсем недостаточные знания проблемы HAARP и Решения ЕС A4-0005/99, хотя Великобритания является одним из самых важных государств, которое участвовало в подобных установках EISCAT в Норвегии. Причем он не сделал комментария к нашим утверждениям, что Англия использовала технологию контроля разума в Конфликте Северной Ирландией и на самом острове непосредственно, например в Грингэм палате общин в 1988.

Согласие голосов довольно многих делегатов были бы необходимы и фракция партии в Парламенте ЕС была бы также слишком маленькой. Было ли это утверждение на 100 % верным, я сомневаюсь в этом, поскольку общее количество так называемой фракции "евроскептиков" составляет 37%, насколько я знаю. Другими словами, определенное Решение ЕС относительно средств контроля разума и электронного преследования еще не находится в поле зрения.
Очевидно, есть некоторое "понимание" наших жалоб, но в конце никто не желает действительно что-то с этим делать.
В конце встречи мы отдали информационный материал господину Эндрю Риду (книги Джима Кейта и Хайнера Геринга и дополнительную информацию, фильм Смирнова- на диске). Еще неизвестно, будет ли господин Рид это смотреть. Когда мы указали, что судьба и все будущее наших детей под угрозой, господин Рид согласился с нами и был весьма этим тронут.

Мы должны тогда задать себе вопрос:если мы спросим политиков, то на что все это будет походить, когда мы попросим, чтобы политические деятели и правительства запретили и остановили использование этого оружия на людях. Они, ведь прямо сейчас, наполняют свои жадные карманы прибылью, и ведь прямо сейчас, осуществляются их диктаторские мечты. Так, кто же захочет убить гуся, который обещает нести золотые яйца?

Комментарий: По крайней мере, Европейский Парламент теперь осведомлен информацией из первых рук. Теперь, они там знают, что есть граждане, которые готовы бороться с этой проблемой за свои основные права и права человека. Нашей самой важной целью теперь является борьба за основные права и права человека и получение поддержки делегатами нашего случая.

Relato de la reunión con el Sr. Andrew Reed, representante del Sr. Nigel Farage, MEP, de UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) el 8 de julio de 2008 en el edificio bajo del Parlamento Europeo en Estrasburgo, Francia, a partir de las 1.45 hasta las 3.10 de la tarde.

DEMOCRACIA EN SEVERA CRISIS

Nuestra charla con el Sr. Andrew Reed se podría resumir con el título antedicho. Desafortunadamente, la delegación de la manifestación de Estrasburgo, Sra Swetlana Schunin y yo, Walter Madliger no podíamos hablar con el Sr. Nigel Farage, MEP, personalmente pero él vino un ratito para saludarnos. El Sr. Andrew Reed no sólo confirmó el título de este artículo, pero era también muy crítico de la política de la UE, que no tiene ninguna relación cercana con los ciudadanos, en general.

Explicó los mecanismos del poder político y sus influencias en la democracia. Él nos dio un esquema del abuso de poder que es fácilmente posible en una democracia y es cada vez más extenso. Esto, por supuesto, es muy alarmante. El abuso de poder es la esencia del mal moral. El mal moral ocurre, cuando las autoridades rechazan aceptar la responsabilidad del bienestar de los que estan lógicamente bajo su cuidado.

Cuando no hay relación cercana con los ciudadanos, el mal y el agravio morales son práctica común. El abuso de poder es la señal reveladora de democracias en crisis. La élite política distante que nos goberna ha perdido todo el contacto con la gente.

No hay nadie salvo nosotros, las víctimas del mindcontrol y acoso electrónico, que pueda estar de acuerdo con eso. Mientras que el Sr. Andrew Reed intentaba hacernos entender su posición y sus problemas, nosotros intentamos tomar la palabra y presentar nuestros propios problemas.

Preguntó por el porqué y el cómo de este control de la psique, cuando había ocurrido y cómo nos había afectado a nosotros. Le dimos algunos ejemplos y una actualización de los medios psicofísicos, de las armas y de las leyes existentes sobre su abuso . Tomó notas de todo eso. En mi opinión, era muy consciente de todos estos medios y armas, e incluso de las leyes, pero no demostró hasta que punto era consciente .

También parecía dar a entender que tiene conocimiento muy escaso del asunto de HAARP y de la Resolución Europea A4-0005/99 , aunque el Reino Unido sea uno de los estados más importantes, que han participado en las instalaciones similares de EISCAT en Noruega. Tampoco hizo comentarios sobre nuestras alegaciones de que Inglaterra utilizó tecnología del mindcontrol en el conflicto de Irlanda del Norte y en la isla misma, por ejemplo en Greenham Commons en 1988.

Hablamos del desarrollo y de la proliferación de las armas no-letales y de los simposios internacionales en Ettlingen, Alemania. Cuando le preguntamos acerca de una reacción específica posible del Parlamento Europeo a los problemas bajo discusión, (por ejemplo bajo la forma de una resolución europea específica), él no podía prometernos que podría organizar y formar un subcomité con este fin, ni incluso un subcomité para la investigación de nuestras alegaciones y quejas.

Las votaciones de aprobación de algunos delegados serían necesarias y la fracción del partido en el EuroParlamento sería una porción demasiado pequeña. Dudo un poco qué esta declaración sea al 100% verdad, dado que el número total de la supuesta fracción de “eurosceptics” asciende a 37, según mi leal entender y saber. Es decir una Resolución Europea específica con respecto a los medios del mindcontrol y a las armas electrónicas de acoso no está todavía en vista.

Al parecer, hay una cierta “comprensión” de nuestras quejas, pero al fin y al cabo nadie está dispuesto a realmente hacer algo sobre eso. La pregunta que tenemos que hacernos es cómo será la situación, si pedimos que los políticos y los gobiernos prohíban y paren el uso de las armas sobre seres humanos.
Ahora, se están poniendo las botas con ganancias fáciles,ahora, están cumpliendo sus sueños dictatoriales . ¿Quién quiere matar la gallina de los huevos de oro?

Al final de la reunión, entregamos el material informativo al Sr. Andrew Reed (libros de Jim Keith y del Sr. Gehring y material-info adicional, el DVD de Smirnov). Queda por ver si el Sr. Reed echará un vistazo a ellos.
Cuando precisamos que el destino y el futuro entero de nuestros niños están en juego, el Sr. Reed convino en ello y estaba bastante impresionado .

Comentario:

Por lo menos, una fuente de primera mano ahora ha informado al Parlamento Europeo. Ahora, saben que existen ciudadanos que quieren luchar por este asunto y para sus derechos humanos más fundamentales. Este asunto y el problema de incitar a los delegados a acudir a nuestra defensa ahora deberían ser nuestra meta más importante.
